Face it guys, this team just isn't that good. Mediocre team vs. a brutal December schedule and this is what you get. If you can't get a td after 3 tries from the 1 yard line you don't deserve to win.

Time to start thinking about next year. DWare, hope you're ok. Wade, nice knowing ya...

No doubt.

I'm not even mad right now to be honest. I'm numb and I couldnt care less right now I'm so used to it.

Time to study for finals...

It would help to have an OLine that can actually run block and block for the screen pass...our OLine is terrible...

Start by getting rid of some of the so called leaders, who are here to play football through November, and are ready to start their off season in December.

Here's my list:
Newman
Flozell
Hamlin
Newman
Bradie James
Barber
Newman
Wade
Jerry
Newman
Wade

Unfortunately, I think we were beaten by a better team today.

I think maybe we've been overrating the talent on the team as well.

We need a new HC, IMO, to start with.

I'd really like one one WR who can stretch the field as well.

On defense, we need more saftety help. On the DL, I still think we need an upgrade for Saivaii.

There is a reason he's never won a playoff game.

And there is a reason these players fold every December.

Its not the entire team, its a select few that we've severely overrated and overpaid. Particularly on the defensive side of the ball.

Everyone wants to talk **** about Garrett, but the defense never makes any plays. By making plays I mean, forcing fumbles, intercepting passes, creating havoc, and making the offense adjust. This defense is just as vanilla as Bill Parcells version.

Only difference, Bill Parcells took us much furthur with much less 'talent'.

So we've been through this before, I don't think anyone is surprised. Clearly changes will be made, so people don't flip out (like that's an option), but what would you actually like to see done to fix this team?.

Hire a disciplinarian coach and the front office get the hell out of his way.

The kicker killed the Cowboys. I told Romo to pull a Charlie Brown.

Folk is killing them.

Well, look at the score.

The goalline play calling was pathetic.

Why not let Felix Jones play on the goalline and threaten the edge?

Featuring Marion Barber isn't working.

Choice gets nothing.

Felix Jones should be the feature back.

This coaching staff is probably gone, imo.

If they win three straight, perhaps, they save their jobs.

That goalline stand and missed filed goal was the difference in the game.

That was 10 points.

Flozell Adams, Bradie James, Terence Newman, Ken Hamlin, Marion Barber

All coaches gone except Coach D

By the time we play the Eagles, it will make 6 of our last 8 December home games against 10-win teams.

It's not the month that's beating us, it's better teams.

I have to agree.

We beat the teams we were generally supposed to beat this year.

We have trouble beating elite teams.

We need a couple more players, IMO.

But I also think we can upgrade Wade.

It's over. They won't rebound from this.

Their gutless reaction after Ware went down nailed it for me. They won't ever win under this staff.

It's time to make that change.

Everyone here should be shocked. I was told we were over our December woes, that it wasnt in our head, etc.

Actually the month doesn't matter. We've lost all games in a similar fashion. Playing a good team, we make a couple of crucial mistakes (turnover, missed FG, penalty, whatever...) and let a game slip away. Nobody "kicks our butt". We just find ways to lose. That's what losers do and maybe Steve Dennis was right.

it's all window dressing until Jerry realises that he needs to step back and let a real coach hire his own personnel and discipline players. No coach has eve succeeded without the respect of their players

we need to continue to build up the secondary

speed at ILB

Bradie James and Brooking are solid, team leaders, but they are sloooow and it's hurting in December

Garrett needs to re-evaluate how he calls games, I think the talent on O is just fine, it's just not being used properly and that's affecting their execution

i think we have the talent on the team, players wise, we are very talented. especially with Roy11 coming around finally..

the problem is not talent, it is motivation and discapline.. we need a fiery leader of men here to lead this team, a cowher or a gruden. along with knowledgable DC and OC to go with it..

it would never happen but i would love wade as DC, he is a great DC, but he is just not a leader of men.

Well, I have to honestly say that I was hoping we'd ditch Wade after last season, but JJ wanted that continuity.

I can understand why JJ wanted the continuity. No one wants a knee jerk reaction to keep switching HC.

That said, I thought there were coaches actually available this season who were much more accomplished than Wade.

I like our FA acquisitions all in all that we made this year. But I don't think the talent on this team is as good as teams like Minn, SD, etc even with the acquisitions.

Wade will be gone - that's obvious. And as for the person who said hello 9-7, try hello 8-8. Doubtful we can win another game - even against the Skins. That will be their Superbowl in a fortnight after we get beat by the Saints 48-21 or whatever.

We need help in the backend of our D - Newman just gets abused far too often so another corner has to be a priority and we need a new free safety. O Line depth is obviously a must and I'd like to see more depth at the linebacker position and even on the D Line - outside Rat we've been mediocre on the D Line for way too long.

That's on the field - I'm trying to be pragmatic here so I won't call for Jerry to remove himself as GM, because it will never ever happen, so why worry about it? We all know the Cowboys are his personal toy and his ego is bigger than Cowboys Stadium, and he'll never remove himself from getting involved in the football side of the operation, no matter if it's both the right and sensible thing to do.

I just hope whoever the next head coach is won't be the absolute puppet Wade has been ever since he got here - but I don't hold out that much hope for that.

Sad day today - yet again.
