WOW... I kept waiting for a crazy escape but it just didn't happen
Damn. Does anyone have it as bad as Maggie? Uncle, Aunt, Cousin, Dad, Sister and now this!
WOW... I kept waiting for a crazy escape but it just didn't happen
That wasn't Glenn's flesh.

Technically, Morgan as well.
In the past, they've shown people moving through zombies while covered with zombie blood, guts. The characters only seem to remember how to do this when it's convenient for the plot though. This is another way for Glenn to possibly survive ... camouflaged in Nicholas guts. Seems lame to not actually go through with it and kill him off though.
except his guts are still "fresh" and likely to smell more like food than death.
i kept thinking they would walk along the barb wire fence to safety or that the kid was going to just stage dive and "body surf" to the zombies while listening to rob zombie in his head or something. the blow to the head - wow. but i would *think* the majority of blood would blow to the side, not all over glen.
also - no one else is around from what i recall. unless there is some 60s serial movie bull**** where suddenly as guts are being pulled glen notices enough room to crawl in the dumpster from underneath, seal it, and hide waiting on rick to come along and talk on walkie talkie just like the old days. but that aside, how will the others ever know what happened? no one "got away" to say. glen will just be gone.
no way there'd be enough left to walk around and have people notice him but man alive, how many people were in this "town" to begin with? ricks group coming has pretty much wiped out the town and is costing us glen.
No insider knowledge on my part, but I think the key is the Michonne group that we see headed into town at the end of the episode past the burned out building Glenn and Nicholas past earlier.
I am still surprised that there are people who actually think Glenn died last night. That's hilarious to me.
It was so blatantly obvious that the zombies are eating the other guy, who fell on top of Glenn when they went off the dumpster.
That is the only semi plausible way they can write it to where Glenn gets out of that Alley alive. He's going to be covered in the blood and guts of the guy whose beating eaten on top of him, and he's going to stumble out of there alive.
I'm surprised that is even in question.
The rest of the episode was okay. It wasn't anything great and now we're going to get an extra long episode focusing only on Morgan and how he got to be where he is now.
So we're looking at a minimum of 2 weeks before we get the group back to Alexandria to find that they'd been attacked. So more of this dragging things out that often times really annoys me with the Walking Dead.
I agree with what you are saying about what happen to Glen. He's not dead. As for Rick, he has a fairly significant cut on his hand. This isn't brought to our attention for no reason. I believe this will eventually be how he loses his hand. This is the writer's way of match up the TV series more with the graphic novel of the same name.
And that bugs me too.
It's stupid.
If they were going to have him lose his hand then do it to build with the Gov. Now it just seems you're adding it just to add it and that's dumb. Especially on some random bs cut.
So you're telling me that this guy, whose had cuts and crap (as have every one else), millions of times in the past few years, and has been COVERED in Walking blood while they've been cut (Not to mention they've had Walker blood all over their faces and junk) and never had anything happen but NOW. This one time...cause he cuts his hand on a blade, with Walker blood on it, now we're going to see him have to cut his hand off cause he'll turn?
It's stupid, and lazy, writing.
