all season was a buildup to last night and the first 60 minutes of last night was a buildup to the final 30 minutes which in the end now finds negan back home loading up for war and coming back ASAP and what's left of 3 villages holding hands and acting like this is over.
How many times do we need to get burned by the garbage pail kids before we learn our lesson? Worst season by a mile....
JadisNow who's the "little bird" that told Negan that Rick & his group was up to "no good"?
I have my guesses.
yea, remove some of the shasha overkill and the overall episode wasn't bad as far as standard episodes go.Yeah, pretty much! LOL!
Last night's episode was good, but it didn't make up for the worst season in the show's history IMO.
My question is are they going to wrap this arc up by mid season or are they going to draw it out until the end of next season?
The cgi was much better last night. And the fight scene was well choreographed.

for a season finale, it was just more of the same that TWD has turned into. dramatic music, long drawn out speeches, not much action.
Agreed. You could see their duplicity coming. It was one of Rick's worst moments as a leader offering them guns and inviting them to partake in the fight without fleshing them out more.
I'd chalk that up to poor writing. I mean this group took all your guns last time and now when it's life and death u decide to trust them again? Hollywood....
I came back by since after Week 2 to see if anyone was still defending this garbageHow many times do we need to get burned by the garbage pail kids before we learn our lesson? Worst season by a mile....
It was good. Certainly a better season ender than last years...
I was pretty frustrated by the episode until the confrontation finally began....those Sasha Abraham flashbacks made me wanna pull my hair out! but all in all it was good, glad to see Negan finally take an L. And the Garbage people need to be dealt with to get the guns back, and payback of course.
like i said, when you run around telling total strangers w/zero vested interest in your cause you're out to kill someone, you're putting a lot of faith in a total stranger.
.
Okay it was a pretty good episode. I loved Rick once again telling Negan he would kill him and that it didn't matter what Negan does it nothing will change that.
The fight to run them from Alexandria was good and Negan flipping the bird as they escape I believe is right out of the comic if I remember right so nice touch.
I got the feeling that, if help hadn't arrived, Negan was just going to say screw it and kill Rick instead of Carl. Pretty obvious that Rick was never going to be cooperative at that point.
Then why make a point of coming to this thread and then comment? Last I checked your not a moderator thats required tooI came back by since after Week 2 to see if anyone was still defending this garbage
50 minutes of commercials and Ricks' wet hair followed by the lamest stunts and fights and plots

Kind of like being a Cowboys fan.... we are used to itIf I go to a place to eat and I don't like it 2-3 times...why in the heck would I keep going there to eat if I know I don't like it. Maybe it is time for some to cut the cord and quit watching the show. There have been plenty of shows I have quit watching because I just lost interest or they were just getting too silly for my taste. I can only think of a couple where I stuck it out only because I knew they were going to end the show in a season or two so I figured what they heck.
In your analogy it is a restaurant that was awesome......it was your favorite place to eatKind of like being a Cowboys fan.... we are used to it

you keep going back out of loyalty and the hope it recovers its magic......you are sad when it doesn't and laugh at the people that still go there pretending it isn't now horrible
but watching a TV show after DVR'ing at your conviience is really not much of an effort.....it doesn't cost anything but time.....acknowledging that a great show jumped the shark is pretty normal
