Says you
Were there OL available in the 2nd round who wouldn't have been a huge reach? In the 2nd round...bro. Many times in recent years. Check this out ...
Wasted 2nd round picks multiple years with picks like CB Kelvin Joseph (2021), DT Trysten Hill (2019), OL Connor Williams (2018), CB Chidobe Awuzie (2017), LB Jaylon Smith (2016) and DE Randy Gregory (2015).
Cowboys definitely should have used a 2nd round pick at least once or twice to draft another O-Tackle or two since 2015.
Your Offense goes according to how your Oline goes.
Says not enough cap. Collins money didn't come till June 1, way after free agency period. You forget they were trying to keep Randy too.
I remember there were some, Runny. Clearly, this front office took Tyron Smith for granted way too long. Were there OL available in the 2nd round who wouldn't have been a huge reach?
Im really not interested in explaining it to you. Im fine if you dont get it.
There's nothing to explain because it would've been dumb...lol
We will, calm down Roy.You dont have to take years to rebuild an Oline. You can do it in one or two offseasons if you are devoted to it. Plenty good guards and tackles in FA this year.
Huge mistake not getting at least one more. Didnt have to draft the rapper in the 2nd round last year either. Lamb pick could have gone OL as well.

Guarantee you that we will be bringing in some OL help after the real cuts begin to happen.
Address it in FA. We could/should have found a suitable backup for Tyron in FA knowing he hasn't played a full season in several years. This franchise very stubbornly ignores FA. FA is not meant to build a roster but to fill holes. We didn't fill a hole in OT and now we're going to pay for it.This weird narrative that’s going around media and fans is the Cowboys should’ve addressed tackle before now. First off the narrative is a lie. They have addressed tackle in the middle of the draft. Now if the argument is they should’ve addressed it in the first round? The only time it made sense was Slater over Parsons and that would’ve set this team back years.
So when was this suppose to happen? When we drafted Lamb? Diggs? When?
You of all peeps actually havent learned by now that Jerry talk is always BS?He already said he wasnt doing that. Said it today. And we dont need "help" we need a legitimate starting tackle or guard. Those guys are available right now and he is doing nothing.
And he was a Longhorn. They could have taken Sam Cosmi over Kelvin Joseph last year.

Really Roy?
When I hear Jerry say what ever he says I believe in the exact opposite.
Thats what Jerry does, follow the opposite of what he says and usually you will find the real truth. Not when he talks dumb like this.

Seriously? You weren’t jumping out of your shoes when you realized that maybe the most talented WR in that whole draft had just fallen into the Cowboys’ lap? … Okay. I choose to believe you. But please let me tell you - I was both shocked and happy at their luck.
