I seriously wonder who those guys listen to. Just each other? They act more like guys playing fantasy football than a real NFL front office that is accountable for results.

I mean when your GM is ok throwing an entire decade down the toilet because he loved Jason Garrett, you know they are insulated, arrogant and unaccountable for failure. In fairness, they have drafted much better because of Will McClay. But they aren’t humble enough to own their mistakes. They scapegoat.
Bob, Jerry has looked at himself in the mirror. He knows that man has to change. I don't know what more you want.

Great.

How'd the do in the playoffs? Did they finally make a NFCCG after 27 years?

What's the goal here in Dallas? Win a bunch of regular season games and when that's accomplished, slap each other on the back and say job well done? Or is the goal to build a SB contending team? One that doesn't consistently get bounced early in the playoffs every time they make it?
You are supposed to just enjoy the ride.or something if you are a real fan. SMH.....

The only way we can go all in on FA is to extend Dak or restructure him plus cut Tyron Smith and Zeke. I wouldn't restructure or extend Dak so we have options after this season.
I would cut Zeke keep Tyron, draft another RB and tag Pollard.

OBJ will be in play for WR and Tolbert needs to step up. I'd love to add a lockdown CB in FA, re-sign Wilson, Vander, Hankins, Peters.

Draft DT, G, RB, QB

In my heart I will always love the Dallas Cowboys, but the owner/GM is inept, his son is inept, and the QB is inept. It's basically the Dallas Corporate-boys business as usual as long as they're making money and aren't 4-13. I've never considered to stop watching until now been watching since 1990. I'll never root for another team just won't watch football.

Just in case anyone still has any hope for any change and some aggression in March.

We've heard from Jerry being reluctant to go all in and now Stephen talks about our upcoming FA at 8:55 to 11:30 of the video.

And at the 15:30 mark he talks about how close we are and how the Eagles/49ers game looked just like our game against the 49ers until they ran out of QBs.

I won't link you to his comments on Zeke because they are nauseating. You only can see Pollard's value because he's a "fan's RB".

We are right on the cusp in his mind and that of the father.

Meaning they're doing a great job and they just have to stay the course.

Status quo, bros. Yet again.

I don’t think the 49ers were winning that even if Purdy stayed healthy

To be fair, I don’t think Jerry cares about money at this point… He has everything, he doesn’t have much time left, I think he’s desperately trying to win within the next five years… And Prescott give him the best chance of that

It will be 29 years and counting. Jerry is the problem.

Local sports talking head said it best, the Cowboys are the 5th best team in the NFL. From one perspective you can look at it as a positive. Wow, 5th best team in the league! But in reality, after watching the top 4 playing in conference title games you can see the level of play far exceeds what we’ve ever seen out the Cowboys this year. At every level, not just between the hashes. That’s a bad place to be because Jerruh & Stephen think they’re on the cusp when in reality they aren’t even close. One day, they may luck their way into a NFC title game appearance. One day….

They'd rather go down with the titanic than to admit they are wrong. A few people around here do the same. Dak will be our QB until he absolutely breaks down like Romo. And oh yea---we like our guys.
And then he won’t just suck, his suck will be on a whole new level, unseen before..

He doesn’t strike me as desperate to win at all. He was truly driven to win above anything else, he would not keep himself as the hub of everything. He doesn’t want to win THAT bad.

We are going 12-5 and losing to the 9ers again next year.

What a coincidence. We didn't have an active season either.

If Zeke was capable....we would have beat the 49ers. That we came up short without Pollard...that should be a major red flag. Draft a fresh set of legs like Kendra Miller. It's a no-brainer. And save some $$$.
