To me this is a non-factor.Therefore teams can study him more and find his weaknesses. On the other hand, he's got a great work ethic and will have gotten better. Here's hoping for now sophomore slump.
Yeah, stating he could be at his ceiling after one year in the NFL must be a compliment????? My bad lol.Now your post is some trolling.
There wasn't an ounce of hate or even criticism in my statement.

And you have applied that logic to other posters comments on Romo? That is something that would be true of...wait for it...EVERYONE.
It's not binary either. Things don't have to be either a criticism or a compliment. Things can be neither you know.

As Idj pointed out DCs got the book on Dak before the season is over.
What is missing in the worry is the other side of the coin. No team is going to look at Dak's tape more than Dak and the coaching staff. Outside of preparing for the draft, that is what coaches have been doing to get ready for next season.
He is now the unquestioned starter and more resources are going to be dedicated to him internally than any other.
In the meantime, Dak has been working on his game with Tom Shaw.
Yeah, it's those two games vs. the Giants that were issues. The first one you could understand because the first game and what not... The second was a real puzzler to him (Dak) and the entire offense.
And Minnesota, and Philly.
Yeah, give D coordinators an offseason to figure it out and they if its a gimmick or the player has very exposable flaws.Yeah, it takes the league longer when there's a gimmick offense involved, which we didn't have. Not sure why, but it always seems to take an off-season in those cases.
Biggest worry for me would be the surrounding cast on offense getting worse due to injuries or the defense getting worse for whatever reason and requiring more points to win.
What puzzles me is how readily so many watchers of football, some are Dallas fans and some are not, automatically assume Dak Prescott was a one year wonder.
As I mentioned in my thread about my encounter with a Steelers fan, I was told Dallas caught the rest of the league off guard with Dak, but next year, they would be ready and waiting for him.
Obviously, we have no idea how the 2017 season is going to unfold, but we do have the history of Dak Prescott. Every time he has gained the starting QB job, he has done nothing but improve on his play. In high school and then in college, that's what he has done. Will it be the same in the NFL? Who knows right now and there is a possibility that he will not improve. I do think, however, that the rest of the league and their fans are going to be unpleasantly surprised if that's what they are counting on from #4.
Who assumes he is a one year wonder? Many point out the FACT that it is a possibility. I haven't seen many, if any, say that he for sure was. What is puzzling is how many assume, and declare in no uncertain terms, that he is no one year wonder, and is a top five QB in the NFL right now and will win many championships. Now those are some wild assumptions.
