Frankly this game is big for Red Ball as well. We really laid an egg in the second game last year after an emotional win vs the Giants. Red Ball has to show that he has the ability to get a team prepared for a game after an emotional game. The best coaches are able to do this most of the time. Red Ball has to prove he can do it as well.

It will not matter ...... If we win the people who are anti-Garrett will just say KC was not good.

Assuming you're referring to Jason Garrett, I don't think this is right. He's done a good job of getting this team ready to play every week, for the most part. We've just been unable to take the ball away, turned it over too much, and then got too injured to beat the better teams in this league. But in terms of preparation, with the possible exception of that SEA game (and I think that was just a case of us getting clocked by a better team at home), we've been in the games under Garrett. We just haven't been able to close the deal about half the time.

Chiefs are a really good team and while we should beat them, I think they have a real shot at beating us

I don't think it will be the laugher a lot of you are expecting

With this talent this isn't a team we shouldn't beat imo

We'll take KC's best shot and we'll come out on top 26-17. If we don't turn ball over we will win. I'm confident that'll be the case.

Hold your laughter.

I was just on their forum and alot, almost all of them think they already have this in the bag. "As long as Dez, Austin, and Witten are contained we're good". Good luck with that. Hali and Houston are god's in their eyes, Albert will man handle Demarcus, Murray is trash, our defense is lackluster, and Romo will give them turnovers.

They really do think they're playing the Jags again. Let's break down the advantages.

QB: Dallas by a landslide.
WR: Dallas, easily.
RB: Chiefs
Oline: Same, i would say.
Dline: Chiefs by a bit.
Secondary: Chiefs
Linebackers: Dallas

Offense: Dallas by landslide
Defense: Chiefs for now

It'll be a close game but I would be shocked if we didn't win. They're offense can't keep up with ours with A.Smith at the helm; they're defense is not gonna contain us like they did the Jags.

Prediction:
Dallas: 28
Chiefs: 17

Dallas puts the dagger with under 5min's left in the game.

Don't be shocked if Dallas loses, 1)It's the NFL and you know the saying "Any given Sunday" and 2) KC is most likely a payoff team this year in the AFC and they are at home in a very tough place to play for the opposing teams so to say a Dallas loss would shock you is kind of silly.

Also the way you broke the game down is irrelevant by saying Romo> Alex Smith, and Charles>Murray and our WRs >then their WRs.... The reason it is so irrelevant to break a game down like that is because how many times in a game with Romo be out there with Alex Smith? How about how many times will Dez get to show up Dwayne Bowe? Or Miles line up across from Donnie Avery? 0 the answer is 0.... You have to ask yourself are Dallas's WRs better than KCs secondary? It's close. Does Dallas have a better offensive line than KCs defensive line? Those are the types of questions that matter. This game is going to be very close and those KC fans that think otherwise are just delusional... I say it's a 3 point game either way

Jimmy Johnson said a game is divided between offense, defense and special teams, and the team that won 2 of those three usually wins the game.

The Chiefs defense > The Cowboys offense.
The Cowboys defense > The Chiefs offense.

Specials teams? Whoever wins that battle wins the game.

Chiefs are no joke. Fat andy's offense is perfect for Alex Smith.

I'm sorry but that was not the case last year. We were a mess at the begining of games and we constantly had to fight to get back into them. Now to give credit to Garrett the team did fight till the end.

I hope the team can be better prepared for this one.

KC is better than most would think, Dallas has yet to prove they are as good as most would think.

I would anticipate a close game and wouldn't be shocked if it came down the end or if KC won.

Absolutely. Saying the team was well prepared is a joke. They had to ditch the gameplan at halftime just about every week.
