Are you basing this on how Romo "blew out" the Giants at home in a game that was essentially tied?

Just cause one thing happened one day, doesnt mean the same thing is going to happen the next day. Its the NFL nothing is ever guaranteed

In our 3rd loss who played QB in the 2nd half?

That is a good point. You have to hang the Giants loss on Romo. They were effectively tied at the 1/2 and Romo handed them 14 points to lose the game by turning it over 2 times for scores.

He might get better but I think personally that we are going to find out why he was an undrafted free agent.

Even Tom Brady was at least a 6th round pick. Picking someone up off the scrap heap and expecting he will be a starting NFL qb? Doubtful, highly doubtful.

There is a very good chance the Bledsoe will be in by 1/2 time and this is Parcells way of shutting the Romo-Homo's up once and for all.

How can you hang the loss on Romo? are you that dumb?

we were losing when Bledsoe was in there, and we ended up losing. So essentially nothing changed. rofl

He still played poorly, which the poster I responded to was ignoring.

I didnt think he played that bad to be honest...he made a couple of bad decisions and one really bad throw (the pick that got ran back for the TD) but otherwise I thought he did ok, considering it was his first game

I'm not proclaiming him the answer or anything, but I thought he showed some upside...the key for him will be eliminating the really poor decisions, (not so much reads, it was just bad decisions on those first two picks) if he does that and the rest of the offense does their jobs, he can be fine

I disagree. 3 picks, 2 sacks taken, and one pass that was so bad I screamed. In one half of football. That isn't good. On top of this we went from 5 down to 14 down. Not even in my wildest fits of hyperbole can I call that good.

Seems like the board doesn't want Romo in, I guess we should put old Bledsoe back in there and let's throw away another couple of seasons. I've got time, I'm only 36, I'm sure we'll win another SB by the time I'm 50.

Oh please show me some evidence of this so I can blast it out of the friggin water.

Don't run, don't back off. Please stay and fight. I can destroy this.

One shred of evidence is all I ask. I'm begging you.

That's not true!!! I think most of the members here know that Romo gives us the best chance to win. We've all seen Bledsoes work. With Romo, our O is upgraded 100%. Our recievers will finally get the damn ball in stride.

yes the guys who think Romo wont be any good, still want him to start they just want everyone who feels good about Romo, to stop feeling good about him, and believe what they think. Which is that he will not become our future franchise QB

I don't recall saying one word to Hostile, but since Hostile came at me, then let me just defend myself.

I'm talking about guys shooting down Romo as if he's been playing for 4 years instead of warming up the bench. The guy blew the game, okay. How many games have Bledsoe won for us? How many super bowls have Bledsoe won? If my 12 year old left the car door unlocked and my car was stolen, you can forgive him. But if I did it, you know.

I think we all just need to rally around our QB and let's get on with it. If he has absolutely nothing, then let's throw him off the bus and find someone else.

who the hell plays well with playcalling like that? and a guy who has never played any meaningfull snaps in the nfl?

Remember, anyone can complete passes when you are down by 21 points in the 4th quarter and the defense is playing prevent. Its actually easier to complete passes at that stage of the game.

The romo experiment will most likely end badly tomorrow. The problem is that we will continue to "rebuild" throughout the rest of the year where his statistics will get worse and worse and we will most likely have another coach and starting QB next year.

Maybe we could bring back Gailey or Campo. Apparently this organization doesn't mind blowing up opportunities in the middle and starting over with odds that are statisical failures.

Keep up with your Romo sucks mentality. Why dont you give him a chance to prove himself? Or are you one of those guys who sees 27 passes from a QB and says oh he sucks next.

Im glad your not the coach

Nobody hates Romo, its just that the Cowboys picked the worst possible time to give him a shot. Either do it before the season or after we are eliminated. Not in the middle of a very important game while we are still in the playoff hunt.

Keep in mind the other night that if Bledsoe would have avoided two of those sacks by throwing into coverage and getting the ball intercepted twice more, then his stats would have equaled Romo.

I'd take sacks over INTs any day of the week. Veteran QBs know this, you can teach this to young QBs. They have to waste someone's season while they learn. I'm still angry because the Cowboys have chosen to waste this season so he can learn.

Nobody said that Romo sucks, he is just extremely inexperienced. He doesn't give this team the best chance to win.

He may win the games the rest of the season and prove me, NFL history and mathmatical statistics wrong. But remember, even if he does, it is such a mathmatical long shot that anyone saying it will happen would just be correct by accident.

How many big games do we need to lose before we should make the change? We just can't keep doing this... We cannot be tearing up these high school teams, and when we face a big game, Bledsoe goes into the tank. Bledsoe knows what to do, I don't understand when he's going to start doing it.

How long has Parcells been harping on Bledsoe to get rid of the ball and not take a sack? The man has been not only given 14 years to prove he can get it done, but the last year or so. He's done, give him a voucher to disneyland, and then a plane ticket to BFE.

I have one Jesus Romo fan telling me not to judge him based on his only 27 passes in the NFL and another Romo fan telling me he is the future QB because of those 27 passes.

You guys are going to fall hard.
