This is lickity split fast!

Heinlein is a guy who had his impact, and it was good. But he doesn't hold up as well as some others. Stranger in a Strange Land is a good read, though.

Yeah, I went back and reread a lot of Pournelle, Niven, Pohl, and others. Some of the stories held up well while others didn't.
 
We all expect incompetence from Our Government and intractability from Our European "friends", but it's the lead item on virtually news broadcast, despite having no news to report.

I don't know why you Brits are always complaining about the Brexit. Any time you leave the house when it's cold outside, you experience a BRRRexit. You should be used to it.
