Cuz maybe Jerry doesn't care because he doesn't think we care enough. Maybe he behaves in this way because he doesn't think we will react. Maybe if we start giving him the Philly treatment, it causes a shock to the team. It would shock the team if we start behaving like Philly at times (minus fighting people and bullying opposing fans).
I think it would be incredible if a bunch of common fans just pooled their money, maybe 50 bucks a piece or so, to go on StubHub and buy one ticket directly below the owner's box. And just send in a guy with the ticket who has the ball to do it and tell him to buy a bunch of hot dogs and beer and all sorts of stuff and just turn around and start hurling at the owner's box right in the middle of the game. Obviously you would get kicked out and you would probably be arrested and have to pay some bail but at the end of the day it would be a misdemeanor and it would be funny as heck.

I could see somebody in Philly doing that and believe me if somebody in Dallas did it the media attention it would generate would be incredible

Exactly, and, like I said, were in the NFC East, maybe it's time we act like it.

What we are seeing is the end result of our esteemed FO being complacent in player development and player acquisition over the past several years.
Not only that, but the overall arrogance and ignorance to think this Dallas team is as talented as any in football…there is nothing further from the truth:
- Dak is a system QB dependent on those around him; he play is too inconsistent;
- No feature RB and thus no legitimate run threat for the defense to honor;
- CD is a possession WR, who checks out and sulks when things aren’t going his way; I think Brady referenced that legitimate star players are all-in and play hard even when things aren’t going well;
- Just an overall lack of talent in depth in the playmaking positions;
- OL is a mess; they were completely overmatched from an effort and physicality standpoint against Detroit;
- DL and LB have been weak positions for years and have not been adequately addressed…Smith has been underwhelming to say the least;
- injuries are a part of the game; but it seems the FO did nothing to address this saying “we like our guys”…Jerry’s signing of Zeke was ridiculous with Henry available; and then fails to play Zeke
- it’s frustrating to see other teams vastly improve and bring in solid, innovative coaches and schemes; while I feel I’m watching the Cowboys offense from the 80’s
- defense has been embarrassing; watching the Dallas defense trying to arm tackle the Lions players
- this team has no pride, no heart; reek of entitlement for past championships they had no part of; this falls back on Jerry Jones. I’m glad he got called-out; the fact he got so pissed tells me nobody ever pushes back against him…he is a bully and now…finally it’s payback for the **it job he has done with this team.

The only thing Jerry cares about is public perception. He wants to be thought of as a football man. That's why he lost it the other day. Jerry won't change but we can make his last days as miserable as he has made ours. Maybe Stephen will see this and hire a real gm ŵhen he takes over. That's our only hope.

Virtually nobody thinks Jerry is a "football guy" because how could you after nearly 30 years of this? BTW, our current drought is longer than Tampa Bay's entire existence from joke expansion team that lost 26 in a row to their 1st SB win which was 26 years.

Jerry can forget about public perception after acting like an unhinged tyrant on the radio yesterday. That ship has sailed for good. He will be regarded as a bully from now on.

Dude, NY and Philly would scream at Jerry for dropping his ice cream cone. I'm not taking any cues from those fan bases.

Is that not what the Walmart parking lot is for? Though, you do have a point with how he's priced out the kind of fans I'm talking about that would give the team the old Philly treatment.
I live in Atlanta. People arrive at the stadium parking lot at 8AM when the gates open and set up their tents and barbeques. Its a very festive scene around the stadium and a lot of those people don't have tickets. In Dallas, its dead outside the stadium. There is no pregame atmosphere.

Then maybe there's a way for fans in Dallas to take some initiative?

The fact is we could do way more damage selling out a home game with real fans and giving the FOX broadcast 3 hours of "Jerry Sucks" chants ringing in the stadium non stop...that would leave a mark on Jerry

That's what I'm saying. That's why I'm saying to take a page out of Philly's book. We could really do damage by taking a page from them.

Well, some do. The roads that line the stadium entrances have tailgaters. But still not much in terms of atmosphere.. In general, Jerry has muted a very large fanbase and insulated himself.

Right, but the Bills have the tables. The Eagles have the RVs. Maybe there's something we can start. Maybe the Lassoing? I don't know, but there has to be something Cowboy-related as can do

per Dallas Cowboys-this is the lowest I ever felt about this team since the year right before Jimmy came. But I think I'm even lower for this team. Mainly because I know with the idiot running things. This is our today and tomorrow. Just sad man. We have NO coaches. Spoiled azzzz players. No heart. No nothing minus an owner that' wants to be the team mascot-doctor-coach and GM. We're screwed. That's the only fact I know that's true.

Up until a few weeks ago we had people here telling us to root for another team if we won't blindly support the Cowboys.
I haven't gotten to that. Because like I said. Jerry is the problem-not the team. I can't think of anybody I actually hate. Past or present. And I really try hard to not hate Jerry. But at last, in vain....

But, that's why I'm saying, maybe it's time we take a leaf out of our division rivals' fans playbook.

We need to bring in a Saen Payton type coach. I bet he'd turn this crap around fast. You need a coach in Dallas sort of on the crazy side. Jimmy had his crazy side and Payton definitely does. We don't need another laid back doughnut eater...
