You know if you switched the coaches and quarterbacks between the Cowboys and the Lions the score would be the same. Detroit came to Dallas off of a bye and everyone healthy. The Cowboys are decimated with injuries. That said the real problem with the Cowboys was exposed again on national television on his birthday. Maybe just maybe something can be done. Detroit paid their quarterback and top receiver. They still have money to go out and fortify their offensive/defensive lines, running backs, and secondary. They also used the draft for toughness at linebacker, game changing talent at the skill positions, and a blue chip pass rusher. That is how you build a team without having to pick a quarterback number 1.

Lots of people well actually only one was telling me losing 5 starters was no big deal and we were still a 12 win team. He also vanishes when this team loses
I shouldn't have hoped the offense would actually step up. I'm not going to pick apart a defense that wasn't great to begin with then lost multiple starters and is forced to play guys that are barely capable of being backups. Except for Diggs, the rookies are playing better than him.

This looked exactly like 2012 when the team quit on Wade during the GB game.

There was a run by Montgomery I watched and no one tackled or even attempted to tackle. Donovan Wilson was the only guy I saw that kept playing yesterday.

It’s time to fire the coach. It was time after the GB game last year but here we are.
The doom in Dallas began the day Jimmy left. Not after any single particular game, in my opinion. You can go as far back as the day JJ and his ego first walked through the door, and together they didn't fit. It's been the Larry, Curley, and Moe show, ever since. Replacing the coach does nothing and only a coup at the top will save or Boy's.

Why wouldn't they quit when no one loses their job, Jerry still rakes in millions every season, etc....

Jerry already said he's not firing McCarthy. so he better figure out something to salvage the season. I'm sure he's on it. Lol
He did.

but it was during the post game Q/A with reporters.

there will be meetings at the Star today.

the big 3 (Jerry, Stephen, and Will) have a lot of decisions to make.

the bye week helps.

That was 2010. Wade was fired after the GB game, but the Cowboys quit the week prior. When a team quits on the coach, it's really obvious. Similar to what the Eagles did at the end of last year. This team just isn't that good and are playing with a lack of intensity. They may quit at some point.

Disagree. They are not very good. Only one you can say that about is Lamb, and he was never here.

To top it off, I saw Parsons laughing and chilling on the bench with his feet up like he was at a beach house party. It was 37-9 at the time, I believe. Funny thing is, it looked like Micah was RELIEVED to not be out there. I don't think he's a quitter, but even he knows this ship is sinking to the bottom of the ocean.
Probably wondering who he could snag from the Lions for his podcast

It looks more like the " Bye-Bye " week, to me, as opposed to a bye week. Looking at the remaining schedule, 3 games look positive, but the rest, not so much. And then we'll all be saying, wait until next year, again. Tired of the same old tired excuses. Maybe Brandon will come up with something, but I wouldn't count on it.

I think the coaching staff has quit as well. the lack of attention to detailed game planning. they are just throwing stuff at the wall. no real game plan. no logic behind what they do. the blocking schemes are bad bad bad. the route tree is awful. we are playing backyard football where the play is designed in dirt. there is a lack of focus on this team. across the board.

now, Jerry made it worse, with his rants and ********......

it started to fall apart against the saints. you could see it. it was just the first rip...then ravens pulled it hard and then detroit just ripping it up and we can see the demeanor of the team, the coaches. they are all just going through the motions.

it will only get worse

And the coaches have quit on the owner. Also justified.

No amount of effort is going to make this unit a viable team. And no unit w #4 as QB1 is ever going anywhere. No need bailing water, the torpodoes have already hit their mark.
Al Harris will be in Washington next year.

They are also quitting on this QB
There we go again.......Cooper or Trey for an extended period will show you what you shouldn't want to see......and it will not be pretty.
