I don't think the players have quit. McCarthy is a players coach, they seem to like him and I'm sure they want to play hard for him. The roster just isn't good.

This looked exactly like 2012 when the team quit on Wade during the GB game.

There was a run by Montgomery I watched and no one tackled or even attempted to tackle. Donovan Wilson was the only guy I saw that kept playing yesterday.

It’s time to fire the coach. It was time after the GB game last year but here we are.

There’s no heart obviously they don’t believe in the scheme. They uncomfortable. It’s not working Michael Parsons. is get after the quarterback guy you’re asking him to set the edge and stop the run. That’s not what he does. What happened injured

You don’t know that. They quit, but I don’t think on the quarterback. CD is an issue is not a great route runner.

I think the backups are playing harder than the starters on defense. On the line, Mike Parsons is an issue. He doesn’t like setting the edge. The rest is just injuries everywhere.

I’ve never been a fan of McCarthy, but what do you want from him? Lame duck coaching staff and roster that obviously got worse from the year before…it was a no win situation for everyone but Jerry and his bank account from the beginning.

Now through all the mess that's been on the field (excluding the kicking game).....Luepke is a guy that is standing out. He is giving us far more than expected. Overshown has provided glimpses but letting LaPorta go by him is coaching.

The team has quit on the Joneses. All they do is apologize for the players and continue to talk about how great their personnel is. They keep saying we’re playing hot teams and we’re playing good teams. As if that’s a good excuse for getting their doors blown off at home.

The big difference between now and 2010 is Jerry doesn't have another Garrett in the wings he is dying to promote. The current staff isn't presenting the same scenario. I think Jerry will wait until the end of the season before he let's MM walk, but it won't bother me if he fires him sooner. It is way past time to send a message, but Jerry doesn't have the nads to do it.
