Agreed. Seemed we came into the game with an attitude and punched them in the mouth. Even after going down by 10 in their house. I love it. I've been a Garrett hater the last couple years but it seems we might have a good balance of talent and coaching to make this work. It's been a long time since I've been an optimistic fan but I think that has just changed.

yep and we should have had it sooner,I will give some props to Garrett because Jerry didnt see our oline growing old fast until it was too late.oline is the glue of the team and we should draft another lineman in the first 3 rds next year.

I wonder if Jerry's pocket book just opened up a little wider after Murray and Dez showed up today. hmmmmm

I don't know about Murray because his back up did a great job behind that oline.

I feel Jerry and Jason may select a RB in the draft if Murray does not get sign this offseason.

There were two separate brawls which I loved. But I also loved that they regained their composure after and played their game again (first drive of second half and after romo botched snap, holding them to fg).

Other cowboys teams would have lost this game when it got bad. This one is finding ways to win. They're not waiting for (bad) things to happen, they're making (good) things happen

I totally agree, been saying it for years but its kind of hard to have this kind of team unless you spend early draft picks on the offensive line, something Jerry is never in favor of...and with Free a free agent at the end of the season, I'd have no problem drafting another offensive linemen early next year either

I was wrong about drafting Johnny Football. If drafting Martin solidified this line and we continue to run the ball then it was worth it. I'm just shocked we're playing power football.

The battle between Dez and Sherman was epic and a lot of fun to watch.

That was great.

Two warriors fighting it out.

Two of the best in the league going at it.

RESPECTFULLY.

Seattle's offense, thinking back to the Superbowl needs to feed off of its defense's created turnovers......especially if you take the run game away which we were able to today.......

That's what they feed on... didn't work today...

They are still a force... but we are in that mix...

America knows the Cowboys are back...

I'm literally in shock. if they miss the playoffs, someone def has to be fired because that would mean the current game plan that seems to be unstoppable would be changed.

Sherman did not get punked. Stop it. We won, he got caught on by a top 3 WR, and he also made some plays in good position.

The difference with this team, is our mental toughness and physical. We lacked both for years. All we were was a talented team on paper in the past, with no guts or heart.

I said we would get dog walked, Cowboys shut me the......Up

Sherman was a non factor... Loved it when Murray ran him over. Lol

Just a side note, the line was getting handled the whole second half. The 3rd and 20 deflated them completely.

You don't style point wins on the road, however. Especially the toughest place to play in the NFL. So proud of my boys today.

We control the line of scrimmage. That's what's different. We have been terrible at it for far too long. You can't win that way.

Now I understand why we can do it on offense. That's a talented offensive line. Three blue chip studs, an emerging UDFA find and that other guy.

But the defensive side? I have no answers. Rod Marinelli. I'll just chalk it up to that.

I wanted to say this a week ago, and now I REALLY feel safe doing so:

Since halftime of the season opener against the 49ers, the Cowboys have been the best team in football. After today, I'm not expecting too much flak.

You can say that in a sense.

He wasn't a liability either.

His job, was to follow Dez, and limit him as much as possible, he did that the best he could. Dez made some plays, and so did he.

This game isn't really shown by the final score. We basically gave them 17 points and the refs gave them another 3. If we played a better ball control game we win this one by 20. We went up to one of the two or three toughest stadiums in football and kicked their teeth down their throats.

Totally agree.

Attitude starts up front. They move people off the line of scrimmage. They can do it with brute force, as they did on the drive where Murray scored the touchdown. They can also do it with finesse on the zone stretch plays.

The defense is doing it with effort and being assignment sound. If they add an outside pass rusher, watch out. Spencer looked a bit more spry this week.
