Well, if all that person talks about is the negative, ie bad oline, poor play on special teams, and such, then the label is hard to get away from. There are people who post here regularly, and if you look at their post history, there isn't a single positive comment about the team.

As I said, its up to this team to fix this mentality by winning, so there is no reason to fault posters only. Its good to be hard on the team when its merited, but by the same token every problem with the team doesn't trace back to someone's agenda.

I've said this before, but it seems as though some would rather be right about their agenda than see the team win. Some, even in the face of all data going against them, will still stick to their guns. No, 8-8 isn't good enough, but ignoring anything positive that the team is doing can become tiring, cause while some don't think your 'real' if your not hard on the team others don't even listen to you at all when you can't have a single positive thing to say about the team.

In the end, its up to the team to prove people wrong, and that can start tonight cause unlike the thoughts of alot of posts around here, the season isn't over.

You know, that on base values, we both rarely disagree.

Now, a roster with the talent of:

Romo, Murray, Austin, Bryant, Witten, Smith, Ware, Coleman, Ratliff, Hatcher, Spencer, Lee, Carter, Carr, Claiborne, Sensabaugh, Church, Jenkins, and Scandrick

...will eventually have to be accounted for. It's only a matter of time before they get it together. I don't believe in the All Cowboys are fools theory.

Because they all are strong NFL talents...it will get done.

Please enlighten me how that translates into the positive.

You painted with a broad brush, but truly ignore people who speak about the negative also talking about lee and Ware and Claiborn and the defense looking to become a tough team.

Most people do ignore that after they have labeled someone else.

Controlling dialog is the slant here. Stop me from bringing up facts and mediocre is acceptable.

Jerry needs to put the managerial barrier up between himself and his employees. When you are good ol' backslapping Jerry nobody feels any urgency to keep you happy. "Jerry won't fire me...he's on my jock big-time!" The best thing he could do would be to fire himself as GM. Not just to have an actual professional football executive in the position but to send a message to the team: If Jerry is willing to fire himself he will definitely fire an under-performing employee.
