I have a feeling that we aren't getting the full scoop on Cooks' injury.

Because he has size, 6’ 2” 220 the plan may be to use him like Deebo as part of the running game. We’ve been handing the ball to CeeDee so that has to be part of the Cowboys thinking with Mingo. However, he’s done virtually nothing in the running game.

No surprised Jerry did this, and he is probably patting himself on the back thinking he is the all in guru. I guess time will tell if the kid is worth a 4th, maybe with Rush throwing passes he will be okay?

Seriously guys and gals....anyone who can still devote valuable time to this organization at this point, really needs to seek medical help. EVERY move this jackass makes just adds months and years to ANY chance of future relevancy.

Are you saying we need to ditch the Cowboys as our favourite team? I don't want to switch teams.

Meh 4th round picks are worthless anyway right? It's not like a 4th round RB would run all over us. You can pick up a 4th overall RB in free agency instead.

The first story is cooks is one of the worst wide receivers in football.
I could put him in my pocket he’s so small.

Jerry freaking loves WR’s.

And gives up way too much to get one and gets little in return when he trades them.

Love the pickup. Mingo reminds me of a raw Deebo. Same type of skill same type of player. And I think that’s the type of we the jones have been after. Now we just gotta see if it can translate to the nfl because so far it hasn’t.

This is a stupid football team. They're currently a complete mess, have a coach in the last year of his contract. Last in every rushing category, the Oline stinks, a slew of needs and this is your move? LOL Comic gold here. I don't care about upside or potential. Fleeced by the worst team in football for a position you can probably fill cheap in free agency since they love to bargain hunt. Jerry's an absolute moron!

Yup, not like we could possibly use it for a NT like Toia so we can double up there. *Facehoofs* why can't Jerry just think logically? This season is likely toast. Even if we make the playoffs (which we won't), we're just going to be 1 and done. The logical thing to do is tank.

This isn't a now move, but more towards the future. Mingo is very raw, but does possess elite athletic traits. He could potentially become that X receiver we lack. By trading for him, doesn't exclude the team from drafting another high receiver this year. Probably overpaid a little, but they are banking on his upside. I really liked him in the draft 2 years ago, has some Dez Bryant qualities, but he is more in the Jalen Tolbert level right now and won't make a big, immediate impact.
so, there was no point to get him.

Dline, that would be nice to actually have one. Could've used that 4th for a number of things including moving up? Nope, worried about a 2nd rate WR considering the ridiculous state of this roster?

Another irrelevant hopium Cowboys trade. Our problem was the RUNNING game but we trade for a project wide receiver and we give away a 4th in a year when we could easily be picking top ten? Meanwhile the Commanders grab a pro bowl corner. Is it any wonder why we are where we are? What problem does this trade really solve?

If Jerry was so bent on trading a 4th then he should’ve traded Lance for Mingo.
