The Dallas Cowboys as we knew them are dead. Dead buried and gone. It’s far past time for us to all just leave. This is why Jerry wants? Then have at it big boy. Jerry’s legacy is and will forever be known as the man who completely destroyed the greatest franchise in NFL history. What a buffoon. So the least we can do is just leave this team with the Jones family. They deserve it
They probably said this in 1988.

Hang in there.

We should all pick the same next favorite team. Which one would bother Jerry the most, without making us feel like buying rope and climbing a tall tree?

Been a fan too long, I can't.................. I may not agree, watch or buy merchandise like I used to, and I am verry indifferent now about the FO, but there still my team with a storied history..........

I've seen too many great teams and players over the years, thats what keeps me going, even if I don't see another Championship in my lifetime.

I will always love my team, but I quit supporting Jerry over 15 years ago. No more games, merch, ETC.. I don't even watch the games anymore on TV, which is crazy right? I keep up with the Circus for entertainment purposes only ...

Goodbye. I’ll stop watching football all together before I ever actively root for another team. Football is not that important that I will miss it.

I've never cared less about the Cowboys in my entire life than I do right now. I’m already checked out for next season. If the "GM" doesn’t care, why should I? Good luck to those of you still holding on......you’re more optimistic about this direction than I could ever be.

It's times like these that being a "Diehard" Cowboys fan is tested. But this isn't the worst times this team has seen since I became a fan so I'm not going anywhere.

I jumped on the Cowboys wagon nearly 50 years ago and I've never considered jumping off, especially just to jump on another team's wagon...I'm too old for that, I might break something! If I lose interest in the Cowboys, I'll just stop watching all together.

It may not be the worst record the team has ever had, but it's the most hopeless future we've ever seen.
Not true, you are only speaking for you. Hope is in the eye of the beholder.

Absolutely. Everyone has their own unique perspective on what hope looks like, feels like, and means to them. It can be the tiniest spark that keeps us going through tough times, or a bright guiding light for future dreams and goals. Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, hope is deeply personal and uniquely perceived by each individual.

Well, I'm pretty sure that if you were to poll all Cowboys fans, who've seen every Superbowl win, 99% of them would consider this the bleakest outlook on the team's future they've ever had. Even when Landry was fired, many, if not most, realized it was necessary to move on, as sad and angry as we were.

This is the worst time in franchise history. The cowboys have never went 30 years without a conference championship game appearance. 15 more years than the next longest drought in the NFC. This is the rock bottom. And yes they are absolutely dead as a franchise. There have been 2 dynasty’s (patriots and chiefs) better than theirs since the 90’s. If KC wins another they tie Dallas with 5 SBs. Getting passed by yet another team

And what do they do? Hire their OC from the coaching staff they just fired lol high high comedy. The only way to change it is for fans to protest, quit going to games, quit buying merch, get very loud on social media and put extreme negative pressure on the jones family to where they know the fans hate them

Like others have stated.

Cowboys will always be my team however I will never purchase cowboys gear or go to another game while Jerry is in charge.

They are still my team....always will be, but i wont go out of my way to see them and I certainly wont be buying merch. if they happen to be on tv and I have nothing else to do then maybe i'll watch them. This is the most disgusted i've ever been with the boys and that includes the 1-15 season. Be blessed everyone. Maybe they'll give me reason to be a fan again someday. Good bye.

Cowboys games were already background noise for me this season. I probably wont even bother looking for streams next season.

Never happen, that's like telling me to abandon beer, its bad for me, gives me a headache and makes me do minor stupid stuff but I like it too much.

Yeah but what if you like beer, but no longer love it, over indulge it, and have it be a huge part do your day?

We are talking apathy here, not abandonment. If you’re still excited as a football fan of the Dallas Cowboys with the morons and grifters we have running the organization, then you’re not seeing the forest for the trees. We will never win anything close to a SB title absent sheer dumb luck. Jerry and Stephen want money, not titles. Quit giving them what they want.
