SO BASICALLY DAK WILL HAVE 75 TOUCHDOWNS, 9,532 PASSING YARDS, AND 3 INTERCEPTIONS, and will force the Cowboys into giving him the record deal??? Next seasons after that he goes back to turnovers??????
If you have followed Dak's career which you obviously havent you would know Dak has been one of the better QB's in the NFL with picks. Last year was an outlier. Those are the facts.

Its one thing to make lots of ridiculous threads, but now your posts are as bad as your threads.

Do you have a problem understanding the game or do you just love the attention?

The game in SF was lost the moment Pollard went down. Dak Prescott isn't a net benefit to the offense and in that game he was a net handicap for the offense. I'm not even sure how many of these games they need to play to realize that the guy is simply not a benefit in a game against one of the better teams. Now a lot of folks will claim that all QB's have bad games or good defenses stifle even the best QB's. Not arguing that, however there is a difference between being someone who plays neutral vs someone whose play hurts the team and when it comes to Dak Prescott vs the better defenses and teams, his play simply hurts the team. That game against SF would have been a win had it not been for those turnovers, had it been for a reasonable amount of ball control and moving the ball. Towards the end of the game the offense couldn't even move the ball with any competence. Now part of that is on Kellen Moore and he is gone. But Kellen Moore calls the plays and it's up to the players to execute - they failed to execute and a lot of that is on Dak.
LOL................."net benefit"? Is this a new troll theory that will proven dead wrong?

I have to give you trolls credit for all the laughable inventive things you create to bash Dak. AS much as they never pan out, its hilarious.

This age old theory that Dak doenst play or win against good teams was blown out of the water long ago and THIS year more so than ever.

So lets go over the wins and great games Dak had against winning and playoffs last year:

1. 40-3 drubbing of the Vikings on the road: 292 yards 2 TD's
2. 28-20 win over the Giants: 262 yards and 2 TD's
3. 40-34 win over the Eagles: 388 yards and 3 TD's
4. 31-14 drubbing of Tom Brady and the Bucs on the road in the playoffs: 329 yards and 5 TD's

Bucs game was arguable one of the best performances by a QB in NFL playoff history

So your claim that Dak never plays well or wins against good teams is BLOWN OUT of the water once again!!

Any more laughable claims you want me to swat down while we are at it?

You're the general manager of this team, Dak has been here for several seasons. Knowing this and all the resources you've given him, what's the time frame that he has to go deep into the playoffs or win a championship??

Do you feel that the cowboys have a time frame on Dak being that he's been here this long. Please keep this appropriate!!!! Give your thoughts please....

Some of the guys on this forum never give him any credit ...... Even when he plays well.

And some of the guys on this forum would defend him even if he played like he did in San Fran for the next 10 years.

If he takes the next step this year, I will praise him ...... If not, I will criticize him.

I agree but regardless, nobody can command the huddle like Rayne does……and don’t get me started about the community outreach either.

If I'm the GM of this team I keep Dak as long as I can. (Assuming his play doesn't drop off, took a step back this year, worth watching)

He is easily a top 6-11 QB in the league and therefore the world.

We have to do better around him. Coaching, Skill Positions, Etc.

To me, at the end of the day, it's about the opportunity. We will continue to get to the playoffs with Dak and the more we go, the better we will do.

WOW!!!! Someone that actually understands football and QB play!!

Refreshing to hear. You absolutely nailed it!!

If we cant win with Dak there isnt a lot of QB's we can win with. Jerry is the big problem.

And there is no need whatsoever to get rid of Dak until we actually have a QB that is better or as good that is younger. Unless People want to go back to 5 and 8 win seasons for the next 10 years watching Jerry bumble the QB search. Last time he tried this he forced Quincy Carter on the franchise.

I don't trust him. But I will give him credit when he plays well.

I will trust him if he ever wins the big prize. HUGE difference.

Seriously, we had 4 wins last without him. So you think if he sat out the rest of the year and Rush was the QB with a 4-1 start we would have only won one more game?

Think if we actually had a QB that was even better than Rush that didn't cost 40 million, could have plugged a lot more holes.

Thats a different argument than the one I just blasted out of the water. He said Dak never beats good teams. That claim is now a myth. Cowboys beat 4 just last year.

Not really understanding you completely different point here. What are you trying to say?

I'm not saying I want Rush as a starter, but Rush won against 2 playoff teams last year and won 4 total out of 5. So Rush beat good teams too. So did Dak.
You said without Dak we would be a 5 win team, well we won 4 without Dak. I think you over rate what this team would do without Dak and his 40 million dollar salary.

Furthermore, the only loss with Rush as QB came against a team that reached the Superbowl (and they had their All Pro QB that day as well)
