I thought Romo was pretty much calling his own plays the last 2-3 years. He probably knew situation plays/football better than the coaches. For example, he, more than any of the coaches knew Dez's strengths and weaknesses and changed plays accordingly.

He might have changed the plays within a particular formation, but I don't think he went totally rogue.

It was 28-13 GB early 4th quarter.

Then Dak (in typical Dak fashion) piled up some 4th quarter #s once GB went prevent. GB took their foot off the gas too early. Had they kept the pedal down they would have beaten us by 14. They were totally in control of most of that game

It ended up being a close game but for 3 quarters Dak was pretty average.

Of course today, I'd be ecstatic if he could consistently be average. Most of the time he's flat out terrible anymore

Manning’s second SB run was not just the defenses. He played lights out.

Regardless he barely had a winning record before or after that run. To be blunt he sucked. As in 52 interceptions in a two year span at one point.

If his last name wasn't Manning his career arc would be remembered as Rex Grossman's or Jay Cutler's.
