No Jerry doesn't get "PAID" anything. He is the OWNER of the team that he bought with $. He has all of the right in the world to make as much as he wants. Goodell is an EMPLOYEE. He works for the NFL and works for the owners who fund the league. If they decide he is paid too much or don't believe he is doing a good job he can be fired at any moment.

Oh no doubt. As much as I have loved the NFL for decades I believe I will watch the ECU vs Yukon college game today at noon. I will still watch the Boys of course but have no desire to watch other NFL games. Aside from the needless political aspect I agree the the game has just been to emasculated and doesn't hold the same entertainment value it once had.

I heard someone say that MTV doesn't show music videos, ESPN doesn't show sports, and Rolling Stone Magazine doesn't cover music anymore. I wonder what the NFL will turn into?

It's hard to say just where the N.F.L. crashes/burns to the point of meaninglessness in its obvious current decaying orbit

Jerry's point is this clown is screwing us and we(the owners) are paying him to do it. Isn't that prostitution? Roger the Clown manipulates the CBA to do things that he was never intended to have the power to do. If his terror tactics go unopposed, they will just continue to get worse. If everyone had a problem with him, he wouldn't be hard to fire. Only the owners can fire him and it takes 21 of 32 to do it... there's were the difficulty lies.
