They both stink, we need a real TE! Im telling you these guys stink. Ferguson is a no show in the red zone, cant break tackles, makes too many penalties, Schoonmaker is slow and cant get downfield. THEY STINK!

Even if you're right though whats the solution? Is their a TE early in the draft that is a day 1 upgrade? Is there a premium TE in FA available? Honestly the best way to improve the TE group is probably by getting a legitimate #2 WR on the outside in here to help take coverage away from the middle of the field.

Solution, scout the TE's coming out of college, not just the top guys, get some guys that can catch in the red zone. Big guy that can run a few yards turn around and catch. Apparently neither one can do that basic thing,

No it isnt because its a main factor in the red zone failures. The TE completely disappeared in the red zone.
You do three things in RZ
1) run the ball (we dont do that)
2) 50/50 ball (Only Cee Dee does that)
3) Throw to big body TE (we dont do that)
