a) Folk consistently kick the ball within the 5 or
b) Beuhler show he can hit about 90% of his attempts.
Oh and one of the knocks on Vanderjagt and a big reason why Indy let him go was because he couldn't kickoff worth a flip.

Check the career stats too. He's # 1 all time as well.THUMPER;2871175 said:Did anyone actually look up Folk's stats? The guy is the most accurate FG kicker currently in the NFL!

I maintain that it is fine the way it is and that people should remember our past kicking woes when debating the idea of trading the most accurate kicker in the league.
Would it be nice to have a kicker that kicks off well and is the most accurate in the league? Sure. But, as we can all attest to, they don't just grow on trees.
Alexander;2871283 said:It is mind-blowing. It has gone from he's a great kickoff artist now to somehow being as reliable as Folk.
I am almost wishing for him to look terrible kicking FGs in preseason to just end the insanity. If he nails a 53 yarder to win a game? I shudder to think how the craze will get out of hand.
Next people will wonder if he can take Romo's job too. He's. Just. That. Awesome. It started as a joke and now is bordering on complete stupidity.

That's right, NUMBER-ONE, numero-uno, ichiban, the big cheese, the top dog, the freakin BEST! :bravo:
Mason Crosby is 25th (out of 32) among active kickers and someone said he wished we would have taken him instead?
Folk also has yet to miss an XP, he is 100% on them.
87% on FG and 100% on XPs but he can't kickoff into the endzone so we bring in a guy that can. Now we have the best overall kicking in the league! Why are some people unhappy with that?
