Agreed. They also have two big physical WR's in Jackson and Floyd, along with LT and Sproles, Dallas will have it's hand full, but, so will SD. I think Dallas's defense will step and they are a little better then SD's,

Like always though. Dallas cannot shoot themselves in the foot with lazy play and penalties.

I actually think it will be easier for SD to D us then us to D them. If the giants game proved anything take away the big play and this offense is pretty lost. Year Romo completed 41 pass but it really didn't do anything. The screens to felix didn't go anywhere and the running game was non existent.

Bradon Jacobs can take a pass 74 yards down the sideline I shutter to think what Bush can do with. There's no way we match up well with their 3-4 WR sets.

Hold on a second their buddy...

True,

But, the Chargers aren't the Giants. And while the Chargers are playing well, they aren't going to be "up" for this game as the Giants were. The Chargers will be fired up and ready, but, not like the Giants were. It is really hard to gauge any NFCE team against another. I also think Dallas will come out ready and with hopefully a little chip on their shoulder.

Course, who knows. It will definately be a great matchup.
I think it still boils down to lazy play and penalties. Keep that to a minimum and Dallas can win.

I disagree. Gates is a match up problem no matter what team is facing him. The same way Witten is a problem no matter what team is facing him. Sproles present a problem because for 2 straight weeks Spencer has shown his inability to be able to cover a RB. Hell it's been like this probably all season just haven't been exploited. So Gates and Sproles off the back are match up problems no line backer on our defense can run with sproles and none of them can cover Gates. If you put Sensabaugh on gates then that either leaves Ball or Hamlin to play deep. Which leaves us open to big plays some of which was tried and missed by the Giants. We don't match up well with any team we don't even match up well with the giants if we did steve smith wouldn't of abused us like he did after the second meeting. It will be interesting to say the least to see against the chargers.

Dallas has been very good aginst TEs this year so I don't get where you're coming from on that.

Dallas has also played a few teams that use their backs on the flats and have done a pretty good job.

Sounds like your reaching for anything negative to fit you expectations.

We have one member of the media on our side and were going to burn that bridge soon. He will never make this mistake again.

Id feel confident for the saints but im starting to see how bad O scandrick is now. He will be lost against the saints, and they will be going at him all game just like the giants did. It will be a very high scoring game for us to win Romo will have to be near flawless again and even that might not win it for them.

Dilfer is a moron and we will lose all three games. I doubt we win again this season. Our team is a bunch of cupcakes that does not understand what it takes to win when it matters. Sad but true. The next chance of a playoff victory will be after Jerry Jones is dead and we have a real owner that understands what it takes to succeed in the NFL.

SD's pass rush is nowhere near as good as NY's. Plus it seems Dallas' O-Line does better agianst larger D-Lines than the smaller quicker ones.

Sproles will kill us. If we can't contain an old slow RB (Jacobs) how in the hell do you think we can keep up with an fast RB like Sproles? Keep believing the Cowboys are a good team and you will continue to be disappointed.

I'd get a chubby if we handed the Saints their first loss of the season.

Keep dreaming. We can barley compete with the second tier teams. Why in the hell do you think we can run with the big boys? The lack of perspective on this board is amazing. Until the owner and the fans become more realistic about the deficiencies on our team, nothing will change.

It was one busted play, Dallas had him in check the entire game but that one play.

Do you remember any other long runs that opposing RBs have on Dallas this year ?

Its parity football man. Look around the league.

The big boys aren't much better than the bottom dwellers.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Got anything else? We lost again when it matters. Get a grip on reality. We have some good players but we are not a good team.

We have not played a complete game in years. Offense, defense, special teams, coaching. When are we going to put it together?

I am sick and tired of the pie in the sky fans. Keep paying Jerry. Keep selling out Jerry world, and keep accepting mediocracy. You go ahead and run with that. I live in the real world were being average sucks. I did not get to where I am in life by accepting average.

Why wouldn't they be up for this game? Oh just a quick note the Chargers haven't lost in december the past3 season. This is when they play their best ball and we play our worst. They have beaten every other NFCE team they faced. Keep hoping for them to play with that chip on their shoulder I've been hoping for that for a while.

Not even it's a simple fact. Antonio Gates causes match up problems no matter what team he is against. If you try to guard him with a LB you will lose. If you try to guard him with a safety that leaves you vulnerable over the top and Gates can still beat safeties. I wouldn't say very good they just hasn't been as bad as in the past which isn't saying much.

At the risk of being pessimistic, I have to agree with you.

While over teams improve & play more consistent football as the season progresses, the Cowboys remain the same, or worse.

December for Dallas is like a re-make of a bad movies. The plot is the same, only the actors have changed.

Take #3 / Scene #1 "Willy Wonka Wade & The Cupcake Factory"

I apologize to the board for my negativity, but the facts keep getting in the way. I have been an optimist the entire season constantly deflecting the detractors and overlooking the major deficiencies of our team. That stopped with the Giants game. Time to get real.

I love how people are just writing off the game against the Saints as a loss.

I never in all my years playing competitive sports, mostly basketball and football but some baseball as well, ever went into a game expecting to lose. Not one. One game that stands out was when I was playing against former Virginia Tech running back Mike Imoh in high school. Imoh was about 225 lbs at the time and was the top back in our region, and even seeing him coming around the corner on a sweep didn't stop me from trying my hardest to go up there and make the tackle. I stuck my nose in there and on the first one got run over, but I brought him down. We didn't win, but I wasn't looking at that game on the schedule two weeks prior thinking "there's no way we win that one."

I'm not writing the Saints off as a loss completely, just mostly. We have a small chance at beating them, but it would require perfect execution in all phases of the game. The 2009 Saints at home are the closest thing I've seen to invincible in a long time, if not ever. Better than the 2007 Patriots.

The defeatist attitude by fans on this board disgusts me often, but I guess some don't understand what it means to be a competitor outside of playing Madden on XBox Live. Yes, I'm calling you out; deal with it.

Once fans start playing the games, you can worry about their attitude.

Dallas is about the face the premiere OC as a Head Coach in the league. I hope Garrett learns from the master on how to develop a QB properly and play to his strengths, as well as how to call screens. Oh and maybe the whole team can learn how to get nasty and mean like Phillip Rivers...
