This is a loser's mentality. Even if you lose 100 times in a row, it doesn't prove you incapable of anything. Winners shut up and do the impossible.
Results flow from process. You don't just get results from stomping your feet and demanding them.
Right now Dallas faces a crisis of confidence. They need to get back to fundamentals, regain confidence in what they can do well, and find resolve to beat the Chargers. They don't need berating and a recitation of their past mistakes. It's up to Wade to convince them that they can overcome the obstacles.
Frankly, despite my distaste for Phillips' Kum-ba-yah, everything-is-okay attitude, I much prefer it to those of you who want to minimize the team's accomplishments and downplay the excellent position they find themselves in 12 weeks into the season.
