He did however have 4 tackles against 3rd stringers in the first preseason game last year against the 49ers like JB12 said. Similar things were said about LVE after that game (no I am not insinuating that Hill will be as good as LVE, just that their first preseason outings left people wondering why we drafted them).

The guy is a second round project who probably should have been somebody else's 3rd round project. He was drafted , unfortunately, based on his off season workouts rather than anything he actually accomplished in college. It was a baffling pick. This much we know.......this coaching staff will cling to him for 4 years b/c of his draft status.

He wasn't even productive in college. Why would he be in the NFL? He was completely over drafted.

Chalk this up as another Marinelli mistake. I really thought that relic would walk away this offseason. We'd have been better off if he would have.
