jerry nor zimmer are going to do crap. lmao, you guys haven't figured that out by now. wow, you must never played high school football.
I didn’t know what to think when he said that. Jesus man, everybody knew that was an issues and the front office couldn’t get a real LB…"I think they had a DB playing linebacker"
That's the most insulting stuff any person can say about a defensive scheme.
Jordon Love is speaking the truth, what do you expect Micah to say back?Micah aint even bothered in the least that the guy sitting across from him carved us in the air. How serious is he about team ball and his craft? Where's the pride?
The problem is why and how Micah got J. Love to be on his podcast -- and the very fact that Micah Parsons had that podcast to begin with. Micah is a major problem for the Dallas Cowboys.Jordon Love is speaking the truth, what do you expect Micah to say back?
Love literally just said "you guys had a DB playing LB, so we knew we could run the ball all day long and that would open up the passing lanes"..................and guess what, that is exactly what happened.
So, what exactly is Micah supposed to do, jump across the table and body slam Love onto the floor because the truth hurts?
Bell went 215. Overshown was 230. 15 lbs makes a huge difference in taking on blocks plus there is the extra length. That's why I laugh at the people who think Overshown was some big loss. He wouldn't have done anything to help this run d except be another safety that's playing out of position
You think Overshown is a safety, lol? That's why I laugh at the people who think Overshown was some big loss. He wouldn't have done anything to help this run d except be another safety that's playing out of position
Exactly. these current Cowboys are just like Jerry. They have no pride at all. Losing doesn't bother them. The problem is why and how Micah got J. Love to be on his podcast -- and the very fact that Micah Parsons had that podcast to begin with. Micah is a major problem for the Dallas Cowboys.
Do you really think he wanted to play a safety at LBer? As Love stated, it was a weakness they exploited. Besides it likely explains why they went hard after Leonard before he signed with the Eagles. And you know Quinn wanted real LBs, how?
Please enlighten us
Exactly.........they never came close to replacing him. What gets to me is they did nothing until Shaq Leonard happen to hit the market mid-season and it's like we will address it now.Losing Lve was the key loss, they couldn’t stop the run when he went down the prior yr as well
Short memory, eh? LVE was just another soft (and injury prone) player on this team with one good season. After that, nothing. Every half decent team had his number. Even though his last couple of games weren't too bad, he didn't have to face one team which was for real. And when he did... good luck and good night.Losing Lve was the key loss, they couldn’t stop the run when he went down the prior yr as well
I absolutely do not care what you ‘think’ because you do not ‘know’Do you really think he wanted to play a safety at LBer? As Love stated, it was a weakness they exploited. Besides it likely explains why they went hard after Leonard before he signed with the Eagles.
Think about your question......what coach wouldn't a "real LBer? Come on man.......doesn't make any sense. In fact, according to your post, we don't need to address the position this offseason.
Yet even when 0-0, the Packers WON THE TOSS, and showed no fear of our defense, thus taking the opening kickoff and driving down the field for a TD.The defense was built to play with a lead. The offense never did their part.
maybe not invite the guy to your podcast. Just me I guess.Jordon Love is speaking the truth, what do you expect Micah to say back?
Love literally just said "you guys had a DB playing LB, so we knew we could run the ball all day long and that would open up the passing lanes"..................and guess what, that is exactly what happened.

Hey buddy, you cant start with the lead when you give up a TD before the offense touches it.The defense was built to play with a lead. The offense never did their part.
You nailed it.it wasn't good on either side of the ball.
That’s not how it is these days man.Micah aint even bothered in the least that the guy sitting across from him carved us in the air. How serious is he about team ball and his craft? Where's the pride?
.....so our defense is that vulnerable.......and that doesn't explain what was obvious.......2nd tier (LBs) was too small ALL year. We got too much film showing our LBs being trucked (especially Clark). Bell, to his credit, is playing out of position. We need LBs in this draft or FA that aren't on the Project Plan.....for starters. Jordan Love knows it and so does Stevie Wonder. The defense was built to play with a lead. The offense never did their part.
It's a stark example of why appeal to authority is a logical fallacy. It’s amazing these coaches are paid millions … yet any average Joe knew the defense was small, stunk in the middle and was easy to run on
Lve had his warts, but was always in the right position and played well last yr in the playoffs. He was a far better player then Damone Clark who is more of a depth linebacker with little to no instincts.Short memory, eh? LVE was just another soft (and injury prone) player on this team with one good season. After that, nothing. Every half decent team had his number. Even though his last couple of games weren't too bad, he didn't have to face one team which was for real. And when he did... good luck and good night.
How can you convince yoruself of this? This team quit the week leading up to the game.Players didn't quit. They were simply run over. It was impressive how hard they kept playing despite being outmanned.
