Believe it of not TO is not the only member of this team who wants to win ball games and if he wants to help the team then get he needs to get his butt to practice on time and do what the coaches are asking from him. You don't seem to get it the coaches do not work for TO their job is not to make TO happy their job is to get this football team winning and if TO wants to be part of it then he needs to toe the line like everyone else.

I bet Romo doesnt have problem getting TO the ball... you watch....
Bill Parcells and his fear of taking any chances has us at 2-2.... .everything is be careful... play it safe... play it stupid.... hope they dont score on us... gimme a break...

Seriously, I am getting sick of all the distraction TO is causing. It will affect the team in the long run, and anyone who denies that is foolish.
The guy has been a cancer his entire career, and remains so. Just because he's a Cowboy now isn't a magic cure-all for him. He's going down the exact path that led to his destruction of Philly and San Francisco.
What a waste of talent.

Made Haley look like a little b****.SupermanXx;1088671 said::laugh2: you don't?
How could you miss that or not hear about it?
Parcells was arguing with the ref about a penalty or something on the sidelines, and Haley kept coming over and interjecting (or at least appeared to be) and Parcells flipped out for a second and swung at Haley and hit him on the arm
:laugh2:
Doomsday101;1088669 said:I was not in favor of him coming to Dallas but he is here and I think the Cowboys should exhaust all means nessasary to try and get this to work. If things remain the same his contract is set up so that we can walk away at the end of the year if need be.

This is just the start, it's only the 4th game and he is already starting to whine, and that's just the thing this team doesn't need.
Team Concept TO ....... embrace it or hit the road.
To say that someone who gets in a shouting match with a coach doesn't deserve to be on the team is just plain silly. I'm sure it happens all the time. Woodson, himself, said it does. Haley's a prickly *******. He probably was being a jerk for TO being a few minutes late because he was in the bathroom. TO simply put him in his place like he deserves.Doomsday101;1088692 said:I pretty much agree. It is up to TO if this is going to work out or not. This is his 3rd team and the balls in his court what he chooses to do is up to him. I don't expect the club to bend over backwards for him. Dallas paid him his money so bottom line I don't want to hear it do what they ask
a relationship? screw building a relationship. build a gameplan on how to get 81 the ball!Colo;1088459 said:Schlereth was just on the radio here in Denver saying that he just received reports that there was some huge TO blowup at practice yesterday and Parcells has determined that he's done trying to build a relationship with 'the player'.

I don't want a punch of pansies on the team that don't yell back when someone like Haley blows a gasket because he took too long in the bathroom. They're not pre-schoolers. If Haley doesn't treat someone like a man (and yelling at someone for taking too long in the bathroom isn't treating them like a man) he needs to be put back in his place.Doomsday101;1088749 said:I disagree. When did TO become the coach? TO put him in his place? Sorry I don't need a player putting a coach in his place. Hell Jimmy Johnson got all over a guy because of Asthma I wonder what would have happened had that guy tried to put Jimmy in his place. Dallas is not paying TO the big money to put anyone in their place. I expect him to do what he is told not run this team, which is not his job!!! You act like this is the TO Cowboys well it is not

It would certainly make the OL look a lot better. Bledsoe can make a decent line look like crap. I tend to think that Romo wouldn't run into oncoming DL the way Bledsoe does.Rack;1088761 said:Yeah, cuz a new/different QB would magically fix our OL problems and that new QB wouldn't have to deal with constant pressure from unblocked defensive tackles.
You just confirmed my suspicion. You don't like TO and think of him as less than human. Kind of hard to discuss this topic rationally with someone that thinks this way. Have a good weekend.Doomsday101;1088762 said:TO a man? that is laughable the guy has never acted like a man. TO has constantly thrown fits every where he goes but it again is someone else fault. TO needs to shut his mouth learn the damn offense and worry about his own damn job.
