Twitter: Update from Randy Gregory himself

I don't see much of a problem with him calling out his own union. If he goes on a verbal tirade against the league beyond what he has said, then yeah, that wouldn't be wise. But if the NFLPA is screwing him as well, call them out. I bet a lot of players would take his side.
I would too. But the NFLPA should already be on this if he is smart enough to have contacted them before he went on Twitter. Maybe there is more to this than we know about. When was he suspended and when did he reapply. Before your suspended indefinitely you are suspended for a year. So maybe it hasn’t even been a full year yet. And maybe they don’t have a mandatory time table to reinstate him. They don’t have to give him a job back anyways. But can’t think of any other players that was suspended indefinitely that reapplies and don’t get there job back. It’s over weed which is now only a fine. Wonder if Irving will try to come back.

Wonder if MM wants Gregory on the team..

If he doesn't then our strategy at RDE is downright bizarre. I just assumed they figure one of Gregory or Smith would solve their issue.

I think they are hoping both will solve it. And have another player that should improve this year.

Off topic but anyone notice that maliek Collins signed for 6 million with the raiders. Surprised we didn’t try to match that for a year.

What the bloody hell are you talking about?

He was a difference maker in 2018 when he played.
He has some bend to him. A few roughing the passer calls to clean up. But one was ticky tac. With the 2 big dogs in the middle with a push eating up double teams and D-Law on the other side he could be big for us. And now he can smoke weed. Lol.

Mara is telling Goodell that Smith and Gregory can not be on the field because there will be destruction of qbs and rbs every where. The playing field would not be level, lol.

Good for RG. NFLPA is weak **, so he has to handle his own business... nothing wrong with that.

Cowboys need #94 back on the team asap, so he can be ready to go in 2021(cause they ain't playing in 2020). This DL needs it's best pure pass rusher.

Ask Jerry Jones what happens when you sue the NFL.

He wouldn’t be suing for money and probably wouldn’t need to sue. A strongly worded letter to the league and then one to the PA asking to press his case may be all that’s needed.

In 2018, RG played in 14 games and got 6 sacks (less than half-a-sack per game).

Considering we flamed out — as usual — in the divisional round of the playoffs, Randy didn’t make enough of a difference to matter.
