So, it's difficult to tell from the clips, but this is what I see. The first TD is all on Springs - TO just beat him. On the second TD, TO was matched up against Leigh Torrence and beat him - Springs was on the receiver at the bottom of the field, peeled off him to try to get to the ball but was late. Those two tds were TO beating man-to-man coverage. The third TD, I'm not sure about. It looks to me like a zone where TO was able to exploit London Fletcher's obvious inability to cover him 40 yards down the field. I'm not sure if Landry or Doughty messed up there. The 4th td was obviously zone, where Springs was playing short with Landry (I think it's Landry being overly aggressive) over the top.

Does that seem right to you?

Edit: Oh, and on the second TD, doughty was way out of position. http://youtube.com/watch?v=F3xxEFeBRJs&feature=related. You can see him drift way to far to the right - that td is on him and Torrence. Second edit: actually, it's difficult to know what his responsibility was and what Landry's was. Doughty was playing FS that game, but with 4 wide, they might have split the field left and right, meaning that it was Landry who messed up. I don't know enough about defenses to be able to figure out what D they were playing.

Ouch!!! That's gonna leave a mark.. Just think, they're trying to explain why TO dogged them for 4 TD's, that says it all right there. 4 TD's in one game by one reciever. Nuff said!!

No, the safeties are back deep. Only on the second one, is Landry perhaps too far forward, but it's difficult to know what his responsibility was on that play - you would think with 4 wrs wide he wouldn't be worrying about the run.
