You'd have everyone believe that eh actually ran a 4.58 and that you know it as a fact. The kid himself says he has no idea where that number came from because as a track man he has not run a 40 yard dash since High School.eduncan22;1860891 said:You'd have everyone believe that Stanback is faster than Newman and Reeves...even faster than T.O.
Maybe the kid just has 4.5 speed.
Yeah, can't talk about Henry or you'll get banned again.eduncan22;1860932 said:No comment.

I don't believe Cromartie would start ahead of Newman or Henry. So if we had taken him people would be griping about that pick. Depth is a nice problem to have after 10 years of nothing.Eddie;1860955 said:Then again, you can't have enough LB's in BP's 3-4 Defense ... even if he can't play and sits on the bench. Gotta have plenty of LB's, even at the expense of other positions.

They would have gripped casue we picked a corner who had injury issues coming out of college.Hostile;1860959 said:I don't believe Cromartie would start ahead of Newman or Henry. (And yes, it is funny how the legendary Cromartie only began starting in the middle of his second year despite SD having less-than-stellar corners.)

JPM;1859970 said:Why in the world you would want to see a WR/QB who only runs a 4.58 is beyond me......
Vintage;1860036 said:JPM was being sarcastic towards Hostile; basically poking fun of eduncan and his agenda against Stanback...
Hostile understood this and made a comment about liking old, slow people (perhaps taking a slight jab at eduncan by referring to Henry.....or referring to himself )
No one, other than perhaps eduncan, thinks Stanback is slow.
He ran track. And nearly qualified for nationals (?).
Sweet ! I got you tooJerryFan;1861053 said:Man I swear if you didn't have a sweet pic of J. Leman I'd be all over this post. Stanback does not run a 4.5 40.
I don't agree, but that's okay.StanleySpadowski;1861022 said:Addai's a product of the system. You could plug 50 different backs into Indy and they'd put up similar numbers. Heck, Keith's numbers are very similar and he was bagging groceries.
Plus look at the stunning decline in his production as Manning's passing attack has faltered.
Chocolate Lab;1861068 said:I don't agree, but that's okay.
Sure, any back is going to be helped by having a balanced attack, but I think Addai is very good. He runs hard, he can catch, he's got good speed and ability to go with his effort, and he seems to do well against good teams. That's just what my eyes tell me, not what stats say.
No agenda here, as I never expected him to be that good... But I think he is.
What are you talking about? I wasn't even discussing a Dallas player.eduncan22;1861083 said:Just because you think a player is a bust, doesn't mean that your agenda has to be considered anti-Dallas.
No, he hasn't.Randy White;1860995 said:Yes he has
