Im sure this will be another post of mine that will go ignored, but what the heck.

Catch radius. One of the several issues I have with Vaughn. We saw a bit of that when Grier over threw him and it was almost picked.

Even on the one he did catch he had to jump up to catch it. A couple inches higher and it's over his head. The problem? Those are very well placed balls for a 6'0 WR.

You see, there are nuances that the casual fan doesnt even consider.

Because he is so short, the QB has got to be keenly aware of when hes on the field. He is a tiny target in the passing game. QBs have a much smaller hit box when targeting him. And one small mis throw and its over his head or tipped.

Running the ball is also a potential for turn overs. The simple mechanics of handing off the ball changes. Pollard is 6'0. A much bigger "bread basket". Duece comes in and the ball placement is much different. Dak has to consciously be aware of this. Yet another thing for him to consider.

I know ya'll will look at this as nit picking, but these are all things actually coaches consider.

All I saw was some post about him getting more snaps with the 1s than any other 6th round pick. What does that even mean.

I watched the practice a week ago. Duece got only a couple snaps with the ones.

He had already made the team b/c he's marketable. You know Jerry loves a good gimmick and the "DEUUUUUCE" thing is one of those. Plus, no doubt he had fans pulling for him even before camp.

I like his burst, his vision...can he do it vs starters? We'll see. Put away the annointing oil, but I think he's got a legit chance to earn himself a roster spot

He already made the team because he is outstanding. He is the 2nd back on this team period.

I'm trying not to get TOO excited, but ****** I'm hyper ventilating over the possibilities.

I'm saying we get Zack back in house, we get our O line straight. Smith, Smith Farniok Martin, Steele up front.

Then we have Cee Dee, Cooks, Gallup

Pollard and Deuce OR

Ferguson and Stephens or Hendershock Double TE set w/ Luepke and Dowdle in the backfield

This is just two of the combinations I can think of And Deuce should be a Huge part
