We are the most disliked fan base

IMHO the Cowboys are a glamor team but have lost the right to be and that is what people hate about them the most. Unless you mean they have earned the right to be a glamor team because of the work the team has done off the field and not on the field.

Being a glamor and being consistent winner are two different things. Credit him or not, Jones has written the checks for 3 SB winners. And two more came before him. He earn the right to position his investment as a marquee attractions. 27 years of not winning a championship hasnt even remotely made them less of a marquee. They are a glamor team in every sense of the word. Unfortunately for us fans that actually about, a large portion of Cowboys consumers as as much about them being a glamor team than being an actual winner

It's always disappointing when I'm out and about and see a fellow "fan" wearing gear, so I comment on the team and discover he has no clue.

About 5 years ago I was introduced to an in law who was also a Cowboys fan. It was training camp time so I started talking Cowboys stuff. He proceeded to say that he was a fan of the team but didn't really know the names of any of the offensive lineman. I thought to myself what a dope. I knew the names of the offensive lineman that would not even make the team. It was in that moment that I realized something. I was the one with the problem, not him. He was doing it right.

Cowboys fans are all over the country while San Francisco fans are primarily in northern california where nobody wants to visit anylonger.

I used to live in the real "Northern California" and for us anything south of Sutter County is considered "Southern California". This includes Sacramento and the Bay Area.

one thing I’ve noticed is the NY fan base that likes the Mets , Islanders and Jets….they are a die hard group and all rally around the fact that they are the red headed stepchildren of the New York media when compared to the Yanks, Rangers and Giants…..they’ve been waiting a long time for retribution
