So all roads lead to being a 7 win team the next few years? Those are some terrible roads and I would recommend trying some different ones.

Dak will be extended. CD will be resigned. We have limited draft picks. Most likely will trade back. Then maybe trade back up with 2025 picks. We have limited cap space for free agents and most likely will resign our own. Then wait for the 2nd, if not 3rd round of free agency and gamble on older or players coming back from injury on a 1 year prove it deal. If they prove it, we will not be able to keep them and the cycle will repeat.

But we will be in the the conversation. We will win 11 games and get bounced again in the first or second round and blame it Dak.

Ok so we don't make the playoffs (or do as Rush went 5-1) but we get a higher pick in 2025 to go get our new franchise QB prospect.
Face it this team as it is structured at BEST is one and done.

the same star player that had 0 sacks against teams with a winning record (detroit, Miami, Bills, seattle, SF) and feasted on weak offenses. the same star defensive player that had 1 tackle and 1 assist in the playoffs.

I like the idea of having lance for a year, it will ensure us a top 3 pick and we can hope to get an elite type QB. not a bad outcome.

CD and his mother want money, they do not care who is throwing the ball.

If we had a full season of Rush under centre, CD isn't catching many passes.

Micah will be the one to go, too expensive to keep and too impatient/ambitious to wait.

The team needs a fresh start and the only one that can give it to them is a Dak departure.
Both Micah and CD will get their money and expect the odd man out to be the CHoker named Prescott!

The team does need a fresh start, it won't come by way of Daks departure, yet.
