We gotta simplify things for him. That is what it boils down to.

He can make all the throws. This is where our coaching staff has to earn their paychecks. He doesn't have to be perfect. He just can't go out there and turn the ball over and try to do too much. Take what the defense gives him and let the game come to him and trust the coaching staff.
