We used to be hated because of what we did on the field. I believe a lot of the hate now is because we still act like it was 20 years ago. We're really just entertainment anymore. We put on a good show.

I'm NOT expecting a Super Bowl every year but would like to at least get into the playoffs consecutively. Twice in the last 7 years is not good enough, it's just not! Also when did people lower their expectations so much that they're happy that they've won more games than the Lions, Browns, or Jaguars?! Why even bring those teams into the conversation?
