He feels better. Probably wiping off the Landry poster on his wall.not my problem you are ignorant of Cowboys history
Awful. As bad as any coach I've seen here. Some of that
But Landry was terrible the last couple years as well
It does seem odd. Unless he doesn't feel like he'll get another job in the NFL.Makes no sense....
He wants that NFL coaching wins record.
He is posturing?
Apparently many Cowboy fans do. Belichick has a losing record without Tom Brady.who wants a 72 year old coach?
insufferable that the NFL loves retreads so much.
Good luck to him on the college level, its a totally different game
and you have your autographed Jethro one to keep cleaningHe feels better. Probably wiping off the Landry poster on his wall.
What team publicizes the names of coaches they approached and were subsequently turned down?Such a boring and tired response.
They can't reference a single time a coach turned down the Cowboys. Not one.
#TomLandryHate. It does seem odd. Unless he doesn't feel like he'll get another job in the NFL.
I wouldn't hire him. I think he's Tom Landry at this point.
dude is in great shape.I'd be surprised if Belly were to coaching in the college ranks...at his current age.
With college n pro scouts and salary capoligists at his beckon, it would seem to be an easier path than the college ranks...
Questionable at the NFL level would be which team would best accommodate him with what he wants, give him and let him have his control ego powers.
This. It's gonna take a mountain of Jerry's money to lure a respected head coach to come to Dallas to be Jerry whipping boy. And Jerry's Cowboys have a graveyard littered with coaches who accepted the hc job here and never got hired as a hc again.Bellicheat never was an option.
No coach with any clout will come here to be treated like Jerruh's house servant.
Bill may be a rampant cheater that stole whi knows how many SuperBowls and jeopardized the integrity of the game, but he's not SUCH a complete loser that he'd come here and become Jerruh's secretary like MM
I remember Jimmy Johnson saying his National Champion Miami Hurricanes could have beaten the Cowboys at that time.Early 60s.
There's no claim. He drove the team straight into the dirt as the worst in football.
Exactly...This. I'm stunned that so many people...like the OP...can't divine a thing from the obvious tea leaves, when they are littered all over the room.
Like it wouldn't be the talk of the sports world if a coach turned down the Cowboys. What team publicizes the names of coaches they approached and were subsequently turned down?
Jerry Jones is not going to share which head coaches he’s considering. He’s likely already contacted agents and has an idea who is and isn’t realistic. Recent positive comments in regard to McCarthy probably indicates there is little interest from top candidates.Like it wouldn't be the talk of the sports world if a coach turned down the Cowboys.
And like every single coach they talk to isn't public knowledge.
Try again. Maybe with one reference of a coach turning them down. You can't.
Or he's just polishing up his interviewing skills. It's common. Also, even if you know you're not taking a job if you're given an interview offer, take it to keep your name out there so others might offer too.Makes no sense....

Good points, thanksOr he's just polishing up his interviewing skills. It's common. Also, even if you know you're not taking a job if you're given an interview offer, take it to keep your name out there so others might offer too.
