We ruined Garrett

Garrett has never been a good coach He lucked into romo and its been proven he needs pro bowl talent at every position for his offense to work
He doesn't need pro bowl talent at every position to be successful. He needs future HOFers in their prime at every position to be successful. He simply can't adjust to the player's strengths and scheme to hide their weaknesses.

If a coach reacts to criticism like some ninny and changes philosophy, he is weak to begin with.

When we first got Garrett he was ultra aggressive, passed the rock down people's throat, and we were better offensively.
2007 we still had Sparano. 2006 and 2007 were two of Tony's best years for YPA. 2006 was actually his best for YPA. Even better than 2014. Pre Garrett.

"Next man up".

Garrett's philosophy is his scheme is perfect, it's just the players who are lacking.
