Not by the Cowboys and many other teams. Perhaps some media types and so called "draft gurus" but not bonafide NFL front offices who actually select the players.

Some of the people deriding the draft picks and such actually believe their fantasy league projections grade out to real NFL GM work. Bonafide NFL front office, they don't need no stinking office; they have a good nights rest at Motel 6, twelve pots of coffee, and a laptop-what else is needed to run an NFL team.

In terms of his conditioning and inability to practice in full in minor low to no contact drills, I would say it is at least mildly concerning.

So when would it qualify to be concerning? Training camp?

I'm just concerned that people want to put Greens name anywhere near Fredericks name. I don't care if you are doing roll call don't put Greens name near Fredericks. Show some respect.

Why would his condition suddenly be that much just 6 weeks after the draft? We knew he wouldn't be ready for OTA's. I don't know when he is expected to be 100% but it's too early to be that concerned.

I Championed flowers for months leading up to the draft. He's just a productive player. Would've been extremely happy had we picked him in the 3rd.

Russell is a better fit in this defense. Flowers would never have been more then a run defender here. IMO he would have given about as much as we can expect from Gardner.

I like Flowers as a player, but I dont think he has the pass rush ability to be an everydown end

I would have liked to take Grady jarret in the third and Michael Bennett in the 5th. Talk about you talent on the middle of defense line for years to come. Could have had Lawrence, Crawford, Gregory, mincey, hardy, Jarrett, Bennett. That's some young young talent right there and could have sewed up the defensive line for years to come and work on defensive playmakers/ backers

Not sure I quite agree but good players. I liked the spirit of the post.

If he didn't play one meaningful snap his entire rookie year it'd be too early to be concerning.
