i love me some dez but he needs to decide what he wants to be and come into camp in great have and focused I don't feel that great about his consistency and ability to count on him right now. Anyone can do curls that's fun is he doing all the stuff he can to make sure his body is prepared for 16-20 games?

I think it's going to be really important that Dez heal from these last surgeries, and be a full participant through the off season program, on into training camp and the preseason.

Being overly cautious bit us in the butt leading into this season, and we better not make the same mistake again.

I think Dez is the new Javon Walker or whatever, got a huge contract and he's gone. But seriously I hope he can rebound.

I'd like to think Dez isn't the kind of guy to phone it in after getting a huge pay day.

However, he's never had much in between the ears, and that part scares me the most. He's no Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, or Odell Beckham. He rarely takes games over by himself. Obviously, he got injured this year and I'm sure he wasn't playing at 100%, but next year, if fully healthy, will determine what kind of player Dez Bryant is.

The guy was injured the entire season. He was never 100%. If that's not enough, he had to deal with the three ring circus at QB.

Some of you guys are like vultures just waiting to pick things apart and circle the rotting carcass with the wind in your tail feathers.

How do we need new trips when Romo and Dez will be back?

The Cowboys do need a dynamic offense once again. Possibly a slightly off start to the question presented, but on mark as to team direction.

The team needs a dynamic side on the team. Offense would be the easiest to get there, due to Tony Romo and a quality offensive line.

Outside of a last game showing by Williams, no one assumed the role of even a dominant receiver for the team. That does include a need for a quality 2nd receiver, who can truely carry a team load of Dez Bryant is off the carpet. I just don't see Williams, our 'smurf,' or a late pickup doing that type of contribution. Receiving is in question.

Now, at quarterback, a Tony Romo has had a broken collar bone three times and a reoccuring and current problems with his back. Kind of similar to when Troy Aikman was moving from concussion to concussion.

Then, for running back, no one is up to the plate beyond a very senior, Darren McFadden. He is in his first full season playing in all games and coming off a pretty heavy load. Thanks for stepping up to the plate, but a repeat similar to Emmitt Smith I can hardly endorse such a view.

No, all three positional areas present a plate full of doubts, and no where approaches a view that the two consecutive Lombardi team of the Cowboys when the term, trips, became popular.

Naw, a very serious and appropriate question was being raised in the now...

to be honest you just want to see Dez get on field with no lingering foot issues. Two surgeries in short period of time is concerning. Lets hope it turns out like it did for Julio Jones.

What this team needs is a new offense. Period. Garrett's offense is tired and predictable. We shouldn't need dynamic play makers at every position. NO ONE has that.

Step out of that closet...don't be afraid of engaging normal sunlight.

But instead of claiming to be Albert Einstein and top of the mental food chain, explain who such an easily proposed response is even feasible and how one would even accomplish that 'easy' task.

But don't stumble over a perfectly good offensive line and Dez Bryant first...

What the hell does this even mean?

"who such an easily proposed response?" "Easy"?

You might want to clarify this when you've had a chance to pull the bottle from your puckered lips.

First off, use first and third person in attempting to conduct an intellectual discussion. Reverting to homie insult, and second person is insulting, as well as intended as presented above. Just stick to adjusting the heel of the foot first, when it's squarely inside one's own mouth...learn English as it stands in full, instead of on the block posturing. That or remain in a professed ignorance. Go figure...

I don't even know what a "homie insult" is...

I like first person. I consider it more of an affront to asshattery.
