It amazes me how these clowns quickly turned on a QB who won us 3 Super Bowls .............

Troy Aikman is only negative when the team deserves it ..... and he has earned the right to criticise them with the 3 rings he has on his finger and the bad back and head trauma he earned getting those rings.

Is it just me, or did Troy Aikman seem to be almost rooting for the Pints? I was getting so aggrivated at him that I yelled at him to shut up...haha. Seriously, though, I know he tries not to pull for the Cowboys, but he went WAY too far the other way.

It was the first time that I've ever been annoyed with Aikman.

I don't think it was him rooting for the Giants.

I think he had a theme...the Giants in disarray...the young QB under the gun...and he never moved from it in spite of the fact that the OTHER story was Parcells coming back to NY...Romo the UFA taking on the blue chipper, Eli...etc.

Alot of these guys, Madden is the worst, start the game with a theme...BUT they never revise it and let the game dictate the story line.

Aikman did that to a fault yesterday.

I completely agree with you.... at one point i was yelling *** aikman. He seemed to make excuses for the giants the whole game and kept saying what if this would've happened. He hardly gave any credit to dallas the whole game.

I don't know if it's because he's trying to be unbiased, but if it is, i think he needs to start being unbiased towards the other team.

I'm sorry I did not think he came off as a Giants fan nor did he come off as a Cowboy fan. He had positive comments about both teams and pointed out negitives he sees on both teams. Troy is doing his current job just as he did when he was our QB "As a Professional" which is why he is the part of the #1 team for FOX

If we can't have a QB controversy, let's just talk about a former QB and how much he hates the 'boys. Although there are several threads with direct quotes from him stating otherwise.

i thought the same thing... Aikman was attrocious (he's usually OK bordering on slightly annoying). These announcers have almost a "script" for their calling the game and Troy abused his. it's almost like FOX calls a "home" game for the NY market here talking up the giants as they felt the audience would be annoyed at too much Cowboy talk (ie. thanksgiving). olivers sideline discussino was irrelevent to the game too.

When it turned into a good football game he should have chucked his "termoil" script and called the game properly.
