Bill knows Brady likes his ball soft.

No really it could make a difference in cold weather games. Kraft maybe clueless but BB no way.

Am I the only one who doesn't really give a crap? Deflated balls. Who cares. Teams do things all the time to get advantages...........

My point as well....who really cares? Most fans don't. If this was Romo, I don't believe fans who say they'd want him suspended. It happens to be the best coach and best QB in the game, so fans act indignant.

I don't consider it cheating...its violating a rule, just like all the other rules players and teams break intentionally.

Like a speeding ticket.

Of course some here would either dismiss it or send the violator to Death Row in Huntsville, depending on who it is.;)

An analogy I gave some time ago, which remains perfectly accurate, is that (like you say above) this is the equivalent of a speeding ticket. You don't send someone to jail for 10 years for doing 75 in a 65 zone just because they happened to be driving a Lamborghini while doing it.

You do for repeat offender's who show nothing but disregard for the law and the rules of law.

I just like some constructive discussions on these things.

Good luck on finding that on any of several threads on this topic.

Cut to the chase, just as I was giving up on the Cowboys, thinking Stephen is quietly taking the steering wheel from Jerry and possibly making sound football decisions, I reconsidered. At that time, a number of members rant for months as if this is like steroids, salary cap violations, or rigging games. The "evangelism" of some of these fans is disgusting. Sarcasm aside, some of the fans here drive people off

You're so right. Its hard when the evidence shows cheating and lying took place and yet the same old posters are defending and down playing it as if its nothing.

It really is. If people honestly cared about "the integrity of the game" then they would want all teams treated equally by the league instead of holding 1 team to a standard much higher than all the rest.

Even worse, they didn't just sit there coyly saying nothing. They looked into the camera and denied it. Repeatdly. They covered it up. They lied to the public about the fact that they were cheating.
