Yes he did. And in the end he did a great job.
But he has help that Wentz will not have. It's easier to do better, down the stretch, against the better Philly defense when you've got Dez, Zeke, Williams, Witten, Beasley.
The fact that our average defense, with basically a non-factor pass rush, is able to hold Wentz in check shows you just how horrible his offensive options are.
If he you trade the skill position players out and Dak has to come from 10 down with Sproles, Ertz, and the popcorn vendors that Philly employees at WR you might see Dak have a lot more trouble as well and have to rely on 3-5 yard dump offs all night.
Thankfully he doesn't have to cause the Cowboys put pieces on this team that he can use.
