They also have a bad offensive line and subpar skill players.Because of that defense.

IF this is true, roll your sleeves up coz things are about to get real......no doubt in my mind if the Seahawks make him available, Synder will outbid every team. Even if he has to mortgage the future ......3-4 1st rounders and starter.
Either way looks like we may as accept they are significantly upgrading their QB position.....just a matter of when/who. Damn......
rules are rules they are posted all over the site about what belongs in the main CZ forum, yet the mods allow any and all subjects to just be placed here.. answer as many as it takes for the mods to realize its gettign messy and a DC fan i dont care to open a page about the D and see nothig but OTHER contact. How many posters do we need coming into a thread to complain about the thread? Are you paying for space here? Want more threads for exalt or hammer the QB?
There is no rule that any poster has to go into every thread. That's kind of why there are headlines either inviting one in or in this case a warning.
We don't have the QB1 under contract and there are QB1's being talked about in trades. That indirectly affects this team and it is the off season and there's a lull in the action.
The football side of the franchise is on the right track with the new hires at GM and VP of football personnel. With HC in full recovery, Snyder should step back and concern himself with his predicament and problems. That's true. Question is does Russ want to join the culture/atmosphere WFT has right now?
We almost won the East w/ Andy Dalton. Winning a 4 team division means almost nothing. Guess it means you didn't suck too bad!!!!!At the very least they win the East IMO. Now, who are the great teams in the NFC? A couple of other things to consider. Wilson's signing bonus is a big part of his cap hit. Washington would have him for three years at a great price. They also have a ton of cap space.

If Russell Wilson is available, I’m interested.
WFT would be stupid to do that.Even if he’s not made available per say, if Washington comes in offering 3 firsts and a second. Can Seattle thoroughly say no ? It’s tough to fathom
Maybe. I'd imagine the new team is going to have to cover some of the signing bonus? If that's allowed?Yeah but who are the great teams? Like I said. They have a lot of cap space and Wilson's cap hits would be 19, 19, and 21. Anybody in the NFC really scare you? But again, this is all provided the WFT's defense plays at a high level.

Still, Russell does not make them a super bowl contender.
I never said they wouldn’t be stupid to do that. It is Dan SnyderWFT would be stupid to do that.
They don't have any talent to justify that sort of move. It's not as if their window is open right now. By the time they can field a competitive roster around him, he'll be 35 years old and won't have a contract.
W/ those low salaries, Wilson should be worth 2 firsts +. Possibly 3 firsts.I don't think so because he's been already paid that money. That's 39 mil. in dead cap if Seattle trades him. That's done.
My claim hinges on Washington having a better defense and OL than Seattle. I would expect them to be better than Seattle with Wilson.
Hope you guys are right but WFT now has smart people running that team.....NOT Bruce Allen and Doug Williams.
