He had actually played well . Sack and a few pressures. Giants win tonight . I’d sit his azz till the playoffs.

He’s a flash in the pan.

LT comparisons after year one.

Too small to play DE and not that good as an off the ball linebacker.

I never get too excited about first year wonders.

Diggs is the best player on that defense.

I saw him kind of loafing on a few plays today. In fact, he was loafing on the play where Lawrence fumbled and he recovered. He picked it up again when he saw the ball come out.

Must reluctantly validate I've seen some quite a few very low effort plays going back the past month or so. Remember earlier this year he was jumping around on fire. He was also very animated in waiving to the refs when he was getting mugged...and then it seemed like he lost some of his passion. Did something break in his heart as he saw the league wasn't going to let the players decide the outcome? That refs would let him get grabbed from behind, hooked, etc. I don't know.

Watched him on a play versus the Texans where he was about to blow up a RB for a loss then just stopped in his tracks. Very wierd.

I have several hypothetical guesses, but only that. But I can definitely confirm I see a lot of plays with very mediocre heart/effort when I study the game mid-week. Something going on.

Same here. He took a day off this week from practice. I wonder if something is going on with him in his personal life.

I know it’s not popular but it might be smart to give him a week off since we’ve clinched and probably staying at the 5th spot. Perhaps last game of season.

I would sit him 2 of the next 3 games or just have him play on a snap count. Only problem with that is that Barr is absolutely trash at times and LVE is hurt. So we are a bit weak in depth.

He looks lackadaisical and frankly he’s just not making enough plays anymore. I don’t want to hear injury excuses 100% of players are dealing with something. He doesn’t have the same burst, power, intensity. Thoughts on his regression?
He isn't 100% and they need to move him around keep him OFF of being strictly a DE, it's wearing his body down

Forget LB. Forget DE

He is an OLB in a 3-4 scheme where he would not be exposed to as much punishment.

We are wasting his career. This is a once in a generation player that the whole scheme should be built around.
