What GB and SF has that DAL doesn't

Noone seems to hold him accountable speaking of (McClay). Seems to me its definitely part of the problem around Dallas.

People have shouted from the rooftops for so long that he's great at drafting that they believe it no matter what. If he's a great drafter, where are the mid-late round contributors? We got Bland, but where are the OL's? Where are the LB's? The FS's? The DE's? Other teams find them, why can't we?
