Will people give us respect then?

I keep hearing that we haven't played anybody yet. Our wins aren't impressive. Our starts are sluggish.

Ok, what if we beat Washington 30-7?
.

I think those " we want dallas" should light some fire on our D' rear end and Marinelli .

This will be a better Defensive performance and it since we know Commanders so well , unlike Ravens game our O should be geared up to go from the start, so the outcome should never be in doubt , but I expect a close scoreline. Just my hunch.....

This is going to be a shootout. This is the game where missing Claiborne might show up. That trio of receivers in Washington scare me a little bit. It's crazy but I'm not worried about Brown. I'm worried more about Scandrick then I do Brown. Even Carr doesn't scare me as much as him. He hasn't looked good at all. I think the Cowboys can outscore them but it'll be close.

Rod Marinelli is a lost soul, and has been since the 0-16 debacle in Detroit.

Breaking him mentally will be top priority, along with Dak Prescott.

If I'm Washington, I put Norman on Dez, Cravens on Witten, load up the box to stop Zeke and tell Dak to beat me with Williams and Beasley.

Im telling you right now Baltimore does not have a better defense than Washington. It's about a wash. Baltimore was missing two impact players in our game that forced a scrub and a rookie to cover Dez. That won't happen in Wahington with Norman.

Literally every good offense the Ravens faced they got their *** handed to them. Throw the stats out and do the eye test.
It would be a mistake for Norman to travel with Dez this game. We have an array of receivers that can get open now. Norman following Dez would take him out of the play, especially if Dez is sent on a lot of deep routes.

Williams seems to have his best games against the skins.

Beas in the slot is a nightmare. Diggs just destroyed fuller a few weeks ago in the slot.

I will echo what a few other posters have said. This is a scary game to me, they do match up with us very well. I do believe we will pull it out in the end, But will be a fight. Foreskins are playing better than Giants and Eagles right now, and our defense is going to have their hands full. Something like a 27 - 24 win for us, but don't be thinking this is going to be a blowout, its not.
Man if we can keep this offense together and get some stud defensive help - next year could be very scary for everyone else. It does remind me of 1991 ...

How do you go from 4-12 and the laughingstock of the NFL to 9-1 and the beginning of a dynasty? ALL OF A SUDDEN!

Why does it matter what people think? The team is 9-1 with a 9 game winning streak. That means for the last 8 weeks people have been saying "just wait ti'l next week"...
Exactly. You hit the nail on the head! Go Cowboys

I guess some of us fans can't win, at first it was Cincinnati would be the real test, then the excuses about why Cincinnati wasn't really a test, then it was GB and excuses and now Baltimore...so now its Washington...how come all these other teams injuries come into play? We are missing key people as well, starting rookies at 2 key offensive positions as well. I think this team, this quarterback has proven through 9 games that Dez can be held in check and Dak will utilize the other weapons available. Let's not overlook that Washington played late on Sunday and have a travel day in there as well, similar to us in 2014, and we looked terrible...at some point we have to quit making excuses for why these other teams are losing to us, maybe we are much better, maybe 2015 was just blip, maybe 2014 is who this team really is only with an upgraded running back and younger QB who can stay healthier and with slightly improved defense. And lets remember we put a thumping on GB in GB and they were healthier at time, the GB team Washington faced was using all safeties in the secondary Sunday night.

At some point our streak will likely end, I just don't see it ending this Thursday.

So after 14 years or so you've figured out the solution to stopping Witten when no one else has? I don't know how Witten always gets so wide open, but he does...I suspect no one has him figured out.

What will happen?

The game MVP's will get to eat a turducken or they get a hoky tin trophy called the "something" Gobbler.

Then they get interviewed for a long time because there are only three games that day.

After that, the media talks about how awsome the Cowboys are, especially the rookies.

There will be the Jerry interview of course.

And then guys like us can go get seconds on the pies without worrying about indigestion because our Cowboys just swept the Commanders.
Don't forget the big annual Salvation Army donation drive where we see Jerry drop a little something in the kettle.

I think we're for real obviously, but I expect a close tough game. The skins have an even worse short week than us after playing sunday night and having to travel, but they always play us tough.

Plus this is basically their super bowl. If they win they avoid the sweep to us and take us down from the #1 power rankings and all that, and if they lose their window to the playoffs shuts a bit more.
