And get no good deals going forward from anybody and have agents push players to other teams.
Got it.

the team does not major fa's, if u did not know.
the team's problem is resigning existing players for reasonable contracts.
no fa is going to do the cowboys any favors.
it is just a business and not a charity
on either side, right.

Zeke and the Cowboys are not dealing with intellectual property.

no it is not an ip negotiation
but basic situation remains, you set up a reputation even at a loss now in order to make future negotiations more profitable.

yes, it is a loss leader because u got lots of negotiations coming up.
take the pain now to reap the benefits later.
There will be zero benefits later. There will be pain later.
You just don't get it. It's amazing.
You go after one agent like that, you go after all agents and they will remember it.

This dude went all over the place to defend himself over my pointed attacks.
Typical and expected.

no, it is more like i press the wife button, which made u detonate.
if u were zeke's agent, he would have lost right there.

the rules of the league, the agents have to deal with their player's team.
period.
there are many negotiations coming up for star players.
u bend over now, it is going to be ugly.
so instead bend the other guy over so the other agents know their $ can be at risk.

No he wouldn't. And I'm not an agent. You can't tell the difference. You really have not dealt with a real agent.
Which you know...

That is understandable, but the Cowboys negotiation with Zeke, will be short term. The owners and the CBA would be a better example.

obviously u r not an agent.
i am just making a point of how someone's button can be pressed.
i was not even trying to detonate u but it happened anyway.

the whole point is to utterly destroy that agent using whatever weakness he has.
set the precedence.

but what one team does does not govern the cba negotiations.
and even if it does, all the teams will bear the cost, so i really dont care.
in my world, that is called moral hazard, and i dont need to tell u want happens when typical people are presented with a moral hazard situation.

You couldn't detonate my agent no matter what you do. He's flipping savvy to hardball tactics. He's dealt with it many times.
I don't have to.

Okay, my ride is here.
Have a great evening my friend!

The owners, as a whole negotiate pertaining to the CBA. Risks are involved in all negotiations.

sure, but what one team does in a negotiation does not govern what happens in the cba negotiation. i am not suggesting the cowboys do something in violation of the current cba. what happens in the cba negotiated is bared by all the teams, so dont really care since i only care about the cowboys.
