What is Dak's Trade Value?

They are thin at both OL and RB and a starter from each coming off a surgery year. And a LT that is a when not if about games he misses.

One thing in their favor is their HC is more than used to the OL Shuffle and once won a playoff game with 5 OG's.
yah, Im just baffled that from a HC that said he wanted to run the ball more and made it a priority that he did nothing on the Oline and went light with the RB's.

The league knows his value ..... and if you add a mediocre to poor upcoming season to his resume .... it's not much.

Only saving grace is that some team would give a little more just to try & get to mediocre to appease the fan base.
amen!!

Daks high profile only because of the star on his helmet. Outside of that the guy has no skins on the wall to claim that he would be a difference maker. That being said, if someone is dumb enough or desperate enough to hand over a high first round pick for him, why would we balk?
true!!!!!!!!!

Do the research. Seahawks got 2 firsts, two 2nds, a 5th, Noah Fant, Drew Lock and a DT all for Wilson.

Wilson was older and way past his prime.

Texans got 3 first round picks for Desaun Watson. Watson was out of football for a year and a half and was in legal trouble with the league.

And dont even bother telling me that Watson or an old Wilson are better than Dak in his prime.

Cowboys might be able to get more than I said depending on when they traded him. If it was in the next two years for sure.
Donkys got railed on that deal.

I think the best offer they will get will be something like a 1st, 2nd and 4th the next draft and another 2nd the following year.

Like I said, do the research. Or dont.

What Wilson did 10 years ago and what Rogers did 10 years ago has some bearing. Not the amount you are implying.

I can tell you that Denver and the Browns are probably regretting those trades.
You can't use those trades to justify Dak and his worth. As I said, no research needed.

Just like it was with Garrett and Zeke. We get told by the media and some fans that it would be a "big mistake to go in a different direction", "teams would be lining up to sign them", "who else are we going to get, we can't possibly do better", and "we would be sorry to let them go and win championships for other teams."

We like our guys far too much when the rest of the world knows better.

In order to win it all you have to do everything right in the offseason and then get a little lucky.

Jones blew it last year with Zeke and not replacing Cooper properly.

He is blowing it this year with his handling of the Oline and I believe his handling of the RB's.
He is blowing it this year by giving $10 million to a RB, and no proven depth.

I wouldnt pay ANY back 10 million. And I agree they blew it on the depth. Now if we had a young, healthy, stud Oline than maybe we can get through the season with this lot.

I will hold my opinion on Deuce until I see what he can do in live games. But I dont see how anyone cannot have doubts.

The irony here is that it took a bold trade to change directions which ultimately led this org to those three Super Bowl titles in the 90s. Mind you we were one of the worst teams at the time and we traded away what was our best player to jump start the next era. With Jerry’s philosophy we would have held onto Waller.

LOL..........yah, cant use those. LOL

Nothing to see here!!

So not only to you NOT do research, but when shown the research you discount it. LOL

Is there any wonder why you are so bad at all this football stuff? You have no one to blame but yourself.

I love it...........makes my job easier.

Wilson was coming off 5 straight pro bowl seasons and had been to 2 super bowls (winning one). Denver was 100% bought in to the notion that he was the missing piece that's why they traded that much

That's completely different than the original topic of "if Dak plays bad this year and makes no noise what's his value". In that scenario that's 3 out of 4 seasons where he's played average or been injured

Two firsts and a starting player.

But who is replacing him?
The fans that want to get rid of him don’t care who’s replacing him. They’ll worry about that later. Lol They could care less if the team ended up having to play musical chairs at QB the next several years.

I don't know what they're thinking. At this point I'm crossing my fingers. Hope the O-Line and Pollard stay healthy, and the little guy surprises.
