oh please, Dez doesnt need much separation... thats a lame excuse

Pretty much. You know we have a 6'2 superstar receiver being single-covered by a 5'9 cornerback... hmm I wonder where the ball should go...

I believe Tony Romo is the main reason we can't run the ball.

as weird as it sounds i think there's some truth to this we're always changing the play and running the playclock down to 1 or 2 seconds very rarely do we just line up and snap it at say 15 and allow the OL to just launch at a D that doesn't know exactly when the snap is coming

Oh really? Looked like a good play from both guys.

And the second time the throw was there right on the money.

yes 2nd throw was right on. i admit that. i don't know why romo stans can't in turn admit the first throw was an overthrow. are we really going to argue that?

If, If, If. Romo has a million if's over his career.

But dez dropped the ball? How is that an if on romo? It was a huge game changing play.

U only get so many opportunities to beat a good defense like that and dez blew it, in the 4th qtr.

Romo also blew it in the 4th quarter with his putrid accuracy and his 2 yard dump offs.

Point is, Dez and Romo are both at fault. But this garbage of Romo being absolved from any blame is kinda sickening...

Arguing with someone who refuses to blame the QB for anything is meaningless. Just believe what you want, and keep making everyone else around Romo the bad guy. Although this roster has turned over several times with Romo still at the helm.

Shortly after that, did you notice Romo completely throw the ball out of bounds with no pressure on him?

His problem is no accountability..........I keep trying to jump on this Jason Garrett doing the right thing bandwagon but I really don't think we will do anything major till a coach like Gruden steps in and can control him.

This is a laughable thread unless you were at the game and could see the whole field and tell me what the QB was seeing. Romo is one of the best in the history of the NFL in yards per attempt so he has no problem throwing the ball down the field. I can only assume that the design of our offense is for 4 yard completions, or that our receivers simply aren't winning their matchups when Dez is doubled.

I would say without knowing exactly how his injury is affecting him, that I agree with a couple of people who say Romo looked old and slow at times. On the sack where Poe came up the middle, it was a tough situation but I thought that was the kind of sack that the old Romo avoided...

You mean the one Dez caught? How could it be overthrown if the receiver caught it?
