Funny I gave you plenty of opportunity.

You from texas?
Are you capable of talking football or just being a troll who will probably be banned before the night is done?

I mean you are a homegrown fan of the RedSkunks so surely you could answer some questions relevant to your team right?

As for where I am from let's just say this, you couldn't survive it. No lace underwear at any of the stores.

OK I will school you.

Dallas wins a bunch of Superbowls. You follow them and they are your team. Now they suck for 5 of six years, but you hopped on the wagon during the superbowls.

Hence

BANDWAGON JUMPER.

Like a Yankees fan.

It's not that difficult of a concept.

Uh and ES has alot more posters.

Hey, Moron........Do you even know when I became a fan?

Let me tell you........1982. My family went to Texas Stadium on a Monday Night to watch the Buffalo Bills play the Dallas Cowboys.

Did the Cowboys play a SB in 1982? Did they win one in 1982? No......That was the game that made me a fan....I followed them since. I cheered them with Danny White at the helm, handing off to Tony Dorsett, and passing to Drew Pearson and Doug Cosbie. I cheered them on with Steve Pelluer as the QB......which was an adventure.

We moved to Missouri in 1986....by then, I was a true blue Dallas fan. My friends ridiculed me harshly in the late eighties...yes, I took their insults on the chin, but still wore the Silver and Blue. The worst season was 1989 when we went 1-15 (who did we beat that year, BTW?), my friends didn't razz me, but merely felt sorry for me.

By the time the ninties came around, I was a "hardened" fan. I could take anything....but something "miraculous" happened. We started winning....

Anyway, I supported this team in the "hard" times, the "great" times, and the "hard" times again. How is this "Bandwagon"?

"Bandwagon" fans, are fans that jump from winning team to winning team. They're fans that have Cowboy jerseys, Packer jerseys, Bronco jerseys, and now Patriot jerseys in their closets.

My closet only has Cowboy jerseys.

You want "Bandwagon" fans....come to Missouri. You'll see them switch between Chiefs jerseys and Rams jerseys from week to week. That's more "Bandwagon" than anything I've ever seen. But I guess by your definition, that's OK because it's from their "home" state.

If I were weak, if I were "Bandwagon" I would've jumped ship a long time ago.....But I'm a Cowboy fan forever.

I speak for all those that are "Displaced" fans of the star. If we were "Bandwagon" fans, we would've jumped ship long ago......

That's what "Bandwagon" fans do......BTW.....I bet you have a Ravens jersey stashed somewhere in your closet....Doncha?

Actually genius, Oklahoma is a state. Oklahoma City is a town. If you don't have family there like many of us have there's no way you'd know that. Inferior education and all.

So, according to your "logic".......people from states like Rhode Island, Wyoming, Oklahoma, North and South Dakota, Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, etc...etc...etc... can't have favorite NFL teams? I mean, there are no NFL teams in those states, so they can't root for a team?

Again, you are nothing but a moron......But then again, here I am arguing with a moron......

I guess an Obi-wanism is needed here......"Who's more foolish, the fool, or the fool who follows him?"

Anyway, don't ever question the loyalty of fans on this board. They know our team backwards and forwards.

I'll wager that all of us here (even those of us outside the state of Texas), know more about the Cowboys past and present than you do about your Commanders.

You can give it a shot, but I suspect you'll revert to form.

Pick your poison. I can discuss either team without insults. Can you?

My apologies, I didn't see it until after I posted. But you calling out Cowboy fans from outside the state of Texas is still ridiculous.

You don't know their stories.....you don't know their motivations for loving this team.

All the Bandwagon fans have gone.....they left in 1996........Go to a Pats or Eagles board to find them.

OK honestly do you really think there is much difference in the cowboys franchise and the Commanders?

2 meddling owners, 2 patchwork teams, 2 hall of fame coaches, and many years of bad results.

I think the skins are on the right track in year 2 of gibbs, the boys took the snyder buy free agent route.

Exactly......Especially, when you get as much crap as Cowboy fans get outside of Texas.

It never fails.

Anytime I wear my Cowboy jerseys, or hats, or coats, etc....I get a reaction. I hear crap from everyone.

This week was especially loud. I teach history and coach basketball at a local MS here.....you wouldn't believe how I heard it. Everytime I would walk in the gym..."how 'bout them Cowboys!"

But it's stuff like that, that makes me love them more.

Yes, I think there is a huge difference between the 2 teams as far as the direction they are going.

For the last 3 or 4 years you have traded away draft picks for marginal players and even great players. Some are no longer on your team and more soon won't be as you have enterred an area we have experience with. It's called Salary Cap hell.

In the next couple of years you are going to lose som high priced players and you won't have any young players from the Drafts to replace them.

Your owner foolishly has believed that he could buy a Championship. It has never worked in the NFL and isn't likely to work.

You have some talent on your team...for now. Your window for this talent to get you somewhere is rapidly closing.

By all means shut your eyes to it if you wish.

Did you see the soap oprah that was the skins off season? The skins have a bunch of malcontents, a unneccessary qb controversy and 2 very underwhelming wins. To say your on the right track and we aren't because we put our #3 corner on your #1 reciever is rediculous. You know how different the tunes around the sports nation would be if cortez's first kick is 5 inches to the right?
