OK honestly do you really think there is much difference in the cowboys franchise and the Commanders?

2 meddling owners, 2 patchwork teams, 2 hall of fame coaches, and many years of bad results.

I think the skins are on the right track in year 2 of gibbs, the boys took the snyder buy free agent route.

But our "meddling" owner got us three SB victories. Snyder has done nothing but take a playoff team, and make it a perinnial loser.

I agree that the Skins are on the "right track". But I think it'll take a while to get there. Gibbs can build a winner.....but will Snyder be patient enough to let it happen?

We did buy some key free agents....but we coupled that with a great draft. All of our draft picks made the team as well as a number of UDFAs. All, except for Beriault (who's on IR), are expected to make significant contributions.

20% of our team is made up of rookies. We have even more second year players. In other words, we're very young and talented, we're building.... not plugging. That's the difference in what we're doing now, and what you all did the past five years or so....you gave up picks for FAs......We haven't.

I like the team you have this year. I think your defense is outstanding. But I think we'll be much better than you at the end of the season.

Yes, I think there is a huge difference between the 2 teams as far as the direction they are going.

For the last 3 or 4 years you have traded away draft picks for marginal players and even great players. Some are no longer on your team and more soon won't be as you have enterred an area we have experience with. It's called Salary Cap hell.

In the next couple of years you are going to lose som high priced players and you won't have any young players from the Drafts to replace them.

Your owner foolishly has believed that he could buy a Championship. It has never worked in the NFL and isn't likely to work.

You have some talent on your team...for now. Your window for this talent to get you somewhere is rapidly closing.

By all means shut your eyes to it if you wish.

We have youth on the oline, dline, secondary, reciever, rb, etc, etc.

And a very young defense. We have backup plans for our vets (allen Rivera) in peterman and maybe gurode, although I'm not too sure on him. 33 is not old by qb standards. Our recievers are old, I'll give you that.
